天然气管道弹性维修周期模型

【摘要】:天然气管道故障率随运行时间的增加而不断增加,传统的等周期预防性维修无法满足天然气管道失效特性,为提高天然气管道的安全性,开展对弹性维修周期模型的研究。既要提高系统的可靠性,又要控制维修成本,将天然气管道的可靠性和天然气管道维修的经济性结合起来,根据系统故障率的变化,运用预防性维修的相关理论,引入役龄回退因子建立系统可靠性-维修成本多目标优化模型。结合具体的工程实例,在Matlab平台下,应用多目标粒子群优化算法对模型的具体算例进行求解,得到以可靠性和经济性为目标的弹性预防性维修周期,为天然气管道的维修管理提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:The failure rate of natural gas pipeline increases with the increase of running time. Traditional preventive maintenance with equal period can not meet the failure characteristics of natural gas pipeline. In order to improve the safety of natural gas pipeline, the research on elastic maintenance cycle model is carried out. It is necessary to improve the reliability of the system and control the maintenance cost, combine the reliability of the natural gas pipeline with the economy of the maintenance of the natural gas pipeline, and apply the relevant theory of preventive maintenance according to the change of the failure rate of the system. The multiobjective optimization model of system reliability and maintenance cost is established by introducing the service age regression factor. Combined with the concrete engineering example, the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the concrete example of the model under the Matlab platform, and the elastic preventive maintenance cycle with the aim of reliability and economy is obtained. It provides theoretical basis for the maintenance and management of natural gas pipeline.
