国际石油价格对俄罗斯经济的影响研究

【摘要】：国际油价对很多国家的经济有大的影响。国际石油价格是外经济动力学的指标。2014年国际能源机构提出了减少世界石油消费的预测,除此之外,美元升值了,对卢布的影响也是影响石油价格的补充因素,瞬时间体现在俄罗斯经济上。在世界生产量和出口石油(包括凝析油)俄罗斯的份额不断增加,俄罗斯石油作用占12%,这只比沙特阿拉伯少。俄罗斯经济消耗不少于三分之一的开采的石油(包括石油化工产品)。在俄罗斯240石油天然气开采的公司开采石油,而且11石油天然气开采的控股公司,(包括俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司)供应90%俄罗斯石油生产。2016年俄罗斯的开采石油占约547万吨(比2015年增加了2.5%)。根据俄罗斯联邦经济发展部2016年开采石油上加到552万吨。此外,有利于出口局势的深色油品与重油,是石油加工增长的促进因素,2016年石油的加工的产量达到了约284.4万吨。本论文对俄罗斯经济存在的问题和石油价格对俄罗斯经济带来的影响进行了深入分析,通过国际专家资料研究了国际石油价格的影响,目前俄罗斯经济的状态,资本外流严重性,货币贬值问题,目前俄罗斯通货膨胀率的情况等等。本文主要目的是:了解目前的俄罗斯经济状态;研究国际石油价格的波动对俄罗斯微观经济的影响,既包括国际石油价格的波动对工业、农业、贸易的影响;国际石油价格的波动对俄罗斯宏观经济的影响,既包含国际石油价格的波动对俄罗斯发展战略,对俄罗斯经济增长的影响与对俄罗斯联邦的经济趋势的影响,而且指明了由于国际石油价格使俄罗斯经济发展中所面临亟待解决的问题。根据国际石油价格对俄罗斯微观经济与整体经济的影响,本文提出了应对石油价格波动的措施与进行国家产业转型的对策、稳定金融秩序的对策、优化石油产业的对策等等。本论文的新的意境是利用比较分析等手段,通过国际石油价格的动态变化对俄罗斯经济进行分析,找出对俄罗斯经济积极与负面的影响及存在的一些问题,并提出应对石油价格波动的措施。
[Abstract]:International oil prices have a big impact on the economies of many countries. The international oil price is an indicator of foreign economic dynamics. In addition to the forecast made by the International Energy Agency in 2014 to reduce world oil consumption, the appreciation of the dollar is also a supplementary factor affecting oil prices. The instant is reflected in the Russian economy. Russia's share of world production and exports of oil, including condensate oil, is growing, with Russia accounting for 12 percent, less than Saudi Arabia. Russia's economy consumes no less than 1/3 of its oil (including petrochemical products). In Russia 240 oil and gas extraction companies, And the holding company that controls 11 oil and gas exploration, including Gazprom, supplies 90 percent of Russian oil production. In 2016, Russia produced about 5.47 million tons of oil (an increase of 2.5 percent from 2015). According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, oil production increased to 5.52 million tons in 2016. In addition, dark oil and heavy oil, which are conducive to exports, have contributed to the growth in oil processing, which reached about 2.844 million tons in 2016. In this paper, the problems existing in the Russian economy and the impact of oil prices on the Russian economy are analyzed in depth, and the influence of the international oil price on the international oil price is studied through international expert data, and the current state of the Russian economy is also studied. The severity of capital outflows, currency depreciation, the current Russian inflation rate and so on. The main purpose of this paper is to understand the current state of Russian economy, to study the impact of the fluctuation of international oil price on the microeconomy of Russia, including the impact of the fluctuation of international oil price on industry, agriculture and trade; The impact of fluctuations in international oil prices on the macroeconomic situation of Russia, including the impact of fluctuations in international oil prices on Russia's development strategy, on Russian economic growth and on the economic trends of the Russian Federation, And pointed out that because of the international oil price, Russia's economic development is faced with problems to be solved. According to the influence of international oil price on the micro economy and the whole economy of Russia, this paper puts forward the measures to deal with the fluctuation of oil price, the countermeasures of national industrial transformation, the countermeasure of stabilizing the financial order, the countermeasure of optimizing the petroleum industry, and so on. The new artistic conception of this paper is to analyze the Russian economy through the dynamic changes of the international oil price by means of comparative analysis, and to find out the positive and negative effects on the Russian economy and some existing problems. And put forward the measures to deal with the fluctuation of oil price.
