BA油田丛式水平井钻井工艺技术研究与应用

【摘要】:随着石油钻井技术的发展,水平井钻井技术已经成为当今石油工业一项比较成熟的技术,并被广泛应用于油田开发建设。将水平井技术同丛式井技术相结合,可以综合两大钻井技术的优势,增加油藏开发面积,减少地面井场建设占地,方便采油集输管理。BA油田石油储量丰富,是世界几大原油输出地区之一。该油田项目也是中石油在海外几个比较大的项目之一。该地区大部分为三维丛式水平井,具有以下施工难点:地层复杂,可钻性差;压力关系复杂,泥浆密度窗口窄;直井段防碰问题突出,轨迹控制难度大等。本文通过对BA油田三维丛式水平井工艺技术的研究与应用,针对三维丛式水平井轨迹控制难度大、施工地区地质条件复杂和机械钻速慢等技术难题,开展了井身剖面优化设计与三维轨迹精确控制、MWD和LWD仪器运用与改进和钻井技术等方面技术攻关,在三维丛式水平井井身轨迹控制、减少井下复杂情况和平台丛式水平井安全技术等方面取得了一定突破,取得了良好的科研技术实践效果和经济与社会效益,达到了三维丛式水平井技术国际水平。本文研究内容旨在总结三维丛式水平井技术经验,为在该地区,乃至其他国家和地区应用该技术,形成技术模板,作为国内一项比较成熟的钻井技术应用于石油钻井行业。该项课题的研究,实现了平台丛式水平井在BA油田首次成功应用;形成了一套三维横向大跨度水平井井眼轨迹精确控制技术;实现了平台丛式水平井安全钻井,钻井周期缩短10%以上,形成了技术模版。本文研究过程与整个BA定向井项目基本同步,目前已完成该项目一期工作量,顺利完成了全部39口井的施工,为其他项目开发提供了参考资料和技术模版。该技术必将在该地区其他项目中规模推广应用。三维丛式水平井技术成功应用,也使中国定向井品牌在该地区乃至整个海外定向井服务市场更加响亮。
[Abstract]:With the development of petroleum drilling technology, horizontal well drilling technology has become a relatively mature technology in petroleum industry, and has been widely used in oilfield development and construction. Combining horizontal well technology with cluster well technology can integrate the advantages of two drilling technologies, increase reservoir development area, reduce ground site construction, and facilitate oil recovery management. BA oilfield is rich in oil reserves. It is one of the major crude oil export regions in the world. The oil field project is also one of PetroChina's several relatively large overseas projects. Most of the wells in this area are three dimensional cluster horizontal wells, which have the following difficulties: complex formation, poor drillability, complicated pressure relation, narrow mud density window, prominent collision prevention problem in the straight well section, difficult trajectory control and so on. In this paper, through the research and application of 3D bunching horizontal well technology in BA oilfield, aiming at the technical problems such as difficult trajectory control, complex geological conditions and slow drilling speed in the construction area, etc. The optimization design of wellbore profile and the accurate control of 3D trajectory have been carried out. The application and improvement of MWD and LWD instruments and drilling technology have been carried out. Some breakthroughs have been made in reducing downhole complex situation and safety technology of platform cluster horizontal well, and good scientific and technical practical results, economic and social benefits have been obtained, and the international level of three-dimensional cluster horizontal well technology has been achieved. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the technical experience of three-dimensional bundled horizontal wells, to form a technical template for the application of the technology in this area, and even in other countries and regions, and to apply it to the petroleum drilling industry as a relatively mature drilling technology in China. The research of this subject has realized the first successful application of platform cluster horizontal well in BA oilfield, formed a set of 3D horizontal well trajectory control technology with large horizontal span, and realized the safe drilling of platform bundle horizontal well. Drilling cycle shortened by more than 10%, forming a technical template. The research process of this paper is basically synchronized with the whole BA directional well project. At present, the first phase of the project has been completed and the construction of all 39 wells has been successfully completed, which provides reference materials and technical templates for the development of other projects. This technology will certainly be used in other projects in the region on a large scale. The successful application of 3D cluster horizontal well technology also makes the Chinese directional well brand more resounding in this area and even the whole overseas directional well service market.
