过程控制与生产执行系统一体化集成技术研究

【摘要】：石油化工企业具有生产过程高度自动化、连续生产、过程控制点多、信息量大,操作层和生产管理执行层对生产信息的需求不完全相同等特点。生产操作和精细运营是企业创造价值的重要环节,精细化的生产操作和运营管理已经成为企业必须具备的核心能力之一。通过信息化建设使过程控制层与生产执行层实现无缝衔接,运用信息化技术对生产实时信息进行加工处理,实现精细化的生产操作和运营管理已经成为石油化工企业关注的焦点和集成应用研究的热点。本文根据新建工厂的过程控制与生产执行系统一体化建设的需求,立足于一体化的功能设计、方案比选、流程设计,依托工厂先进的过程控制系统和技术,开发应用满足工厂精细运营管理所需要的生产执行系统,并着力研究开发达到国内领先水平的安全管理应急指挥集成平台。解决生产计划及优化执行、物料平衡、能源管理、异常工况应急处置、以及安全管理应急指挥所需要关键信息的数据集成共享和各相关模块和子系统的联动。研究和工业应用实践表明,通过一体化开展过程控制与生产执行系统集成应用技术研究,依托元坝气田净化厂先进的过程控制系统,并完成了大部分研究内容的工业应用,整体上实现了工厂过程控制高度自动化,生产运营管理信息集成共享和数字化,安全管控关键信息实时集成、现场可视、整体联动、应急指挥高效、应急处置准确,为企业生产操作和精细运营、HSE管理提供了强有力的信息技术支撑平台。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical enterprises have the characteristics of high automatization of production process, continuous production, many process control points, large amount of information, different demands for production information in operation layer and production management executive layer, etc. The production operation and the fine operation are the important links of the enterprise to create the value, the fine production operation and the operation management have already become one of the core abilities which the enterprise must possess. Through the information construction, the process control layer and the production execution layer are connected seamlessly, and the real-time production information is processed by using the information technology. The implementation of fine production operation and operation management has become the focus of petrochemical enterprises and integrated application research focus. According to the demand of integrated construction of process control and production execution system, this paper bases on the integrated function design, scheme comparison, process design, and relies on the advanced process control system and technology of the factory. Development and application of production execution system to meet the needs of factory fine operation management, and focus on the research and development of safety management emergency command integrated platform to achieve the leading level in China. Solve production planning and optimal execution, material balance, energy management, emergency handling under abnormal conditions, and data integration and sharing of key information required for emergency command of safety management and the linkage of related modules and subsystems. The research and industrial application practice show that through the integrated research of process control and production execution system, relying on the advanced process control system of Yuanba gas field purification plant, the industrial application of most of the research contents has been completed. On the whole, the factory process control is highly automated, the production and operation management information is integrated and shared and digitized, the key information of safety control is integrated in real time, the scene is visible, the whole linkage, the emergency command is efficient, the emergency disposal is accurate, It provides a powerful information technology supporting platform for HSE management of enterprise production operation and fine operation.
