青阳岔—靖边工业园区天然气集输干线的设计方案研究

【摘要】:管道运输作为天然气的主要运输方式,与其它运输方式相比具有运输量大、占地少、增强输送安全性、便于生产管理、运费低等优点。管道工业的发展对于维持我国油品运输、稳定国民经济的发展具有十分重大的意义。本文以青阳岔首站、榆林能化末站为研究对象,对其资源概况、市场概况、供配气工程及管道线路概况、输气工艺方案、自控工程等均作以合理设计。本设计以理论计算为依托,主要通过各相关工程设计标准以及相关规范、规定,依据实际情况,最终确定管道敷设、防腐和阴极保护设计方案,并对管道输气适应性作以分析。根据相关的定理和公式,结合现场中的原始数据进行计算,以计算结果为依据来确定输油设备主要参数,依据规范得到设备的选型,根据计算数据和实测的沿线高程进行布站并校核,以满足压力要求。设计中对输油线路的走向、输油工艺及场站的布站、防腐与保温等其它方面进行了较为详细的阐述。
[Abstract]:Pipeline transportation is the main transportation mode of natural gas. Compared with other transportation modes, pipeline transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume, less land occupation, enhanced transportation safety, easy production management and low freight rate. The development of pipeline industry is of great significance to maintain the transportation of oil products and stabilize the development of national economy. In this paper, Qingyang Cha first Station and Yulin Neng Hua Terminal Station are taken as the research objects. The general situation of resources, market, supply and distribution engineering and pipeline line, gas transmission technology scheme and automatic control project are all reasonably designed. The design is based on the theoretical calculation, mainly through the relevant engineering design standards and relevant codes, the provisions, according to the actual situation, the final determination of pipeline laying, anticorrosion and cathodic protection design scheme, and pipeline gas transmission adaptability is analyzed. According to the relevant theorems and formulas, combined with the original data in the field to calculate, based on the calculation results to determine the main parameters of oil transportation equipment, according to the specifications to obtain the equipment selection, According to the calculated data and the measured elevation along the route, the stations are arranged and checked to meet the pressure requirements. In the design, the direction of oil transmission line, oil transportation technology, distribution station of field station, anticorrosion and heat preservation and other aspects are described in detail.
