准噶尔盆地春光探区油气微生物指示

【摘要】:油气微生物勘探具有有效、直接、经济的技术特点,日益受到全球油气勘探界的重视。以准噶尔盆地春光探区为研究对象,在探区北部横穿稀油区(T23井沙湾组)和稠油区(T10井—T17井白垩系)部署了一条微生物地球化学勘查剖面,分别采集微生物勘探样品和化探样品120件。同时在探区西南部油藏上方部署一块采样区,采集微生物勘探样品243件。采用平板菌落法培养分析样品中油气指示微生物的数量,结合油藏和钻井信息研究微生物异常分布特征。结果显示,剖面上油气微生物数量与酸解烃含量的分布与下伏油藏及背景区有很高的吻合度,两者在油藏上方呈顶端异常模式,剖面南北两端形成低值背景区。此外,结合石油地质及钻井信息探讨了油气微生物平面分布规律:平面上微生物异常分布集中,与油藏聚集体吻合度较高,在高产油流井T45-1井、T33井、T22井及T67井区形成了高值异常区,其中T67井微生物高值区钻井部署较少,需加大勘探力度。微生物异常与钻井对比显示,两者符合率达70%以上。春光探区油气微生物指示初探表明,微生物对油藏中轻烃组分的微渗漏具有有效指示性,与下伏油藏具有较高响应关系。在实际勘探中,微生物勘探结果应与石油地质、地震、钻井等资料相结合,为油气富集区预测、钻前评价和钻井部署提供有力依据和建议。
[Abstract]:Microbial exploration of oil and gas has been paid more and more attention by the world because of its effective, direct and economical technical characteristics. Taking Chunguang exploration area of Junggar Basin as the object of study, a microbiological geochemical exploration profile has been deployed in Shawan formation of well T23 and Cretaceous system of well T17 of well T10 in the north of the exploration area. A total of 120 samples were collected from microbiological exploration and geochemical exploration respectively. At the same time, a sampling area was deployed above the reservoir in the southwest of the exploration area, and 243 samples of microbial exploration were collected. The quantity of oil and gas indicating microorganisms in the samples was analyzed by plate colony method, and the abnormal distribution characteristics of microbes were studied by combining reservoir and drilling information. The results show that the distribution of oil and gas microorganisms and acidolysis hydrocarbon content in the profile is highly consistent with the underlying reservoir and the background area, both of them show a top anomaly pattern above the reservoir, and a low value background area is formed at the north and south ends of the profile. In addition, combined with petroleum geology and drilling information, the plane distribution law of oil and gas microorganism is discussed: the abnormal distribution of microorganism on the plane is concentrated, and the degree of agreement with reservoir aggregates is high. High value anomaly zones were formed in well T45-1 and well T67 in well T45-1, well T33 and well T67, in which the drilling of microorganism in high value area of well T67 is less, so it is necessary to intensify exploration. The comparison of microbial anomaly and drilling shows that the coincidence rate of both is over 70%. The preliminary study on microorganism indication of oil and gas in Chunguang exploration area shows that microorganism is effective indicator for microleakage of light hydrocarbon component in reservoir and has a high response to underlying reservoir. In actual exploration, microbial exploration results should be combined with petroleum geology, earthquake and drilling data to provide strong basis and suggestions for prediction, pre-drilling evaluation and drilling deployment in oil-gas rich areas.
