冷M块空气辅助蒸汽吞吐可行性研究

【摘要】:冷M区块为典型的稠油油藏,已进入蒸汽吞吐中后期。目前油田在开发过程中面临油藏压力水平低,供液能力差,层间矛盾和平面矛盾突出等问题,现有开发方式难以有效解决。空气成本低,来源广,对环境污染较小,此外还可以对原油起到改质的作用。因此,针对冷M区块蒸汽吞吐开发效果不理想的情况,开展空气辅助蒸汽吞吐驱油研究具有非常重要的意义。本文通过研究,推导出了空气辅助蒸汽吞吐过程中的油墙运动方程,从理论上论证了空气辅助蒸汽吞吐的可能性。采用数值模拟方法,对比空气辅助蒸汽吞吐与单纯蒸汽吞吐的开发效果,确定驱油前后温度场、压力场、含油饱和度场的变化规律。对空气辅助蒸汽吞吐的影响因素进行分析。分别研究渗透率、含油饱和度、注气强度、注气时机、注入方式对空气辅助蒸汽吞吐驱油效果的影响,为空气辅助蒸汽吞吐的方案设计提供依据。建立冷M区块精细地质模型和数值模拟模型,在蒸汽吞吐历史拟合的基础上,对冷M区块空气辅助蒸汽吞吐开采效果进行预测,为现场实施空气辅助蒸汽吞吐提供一定技术支持和经验借鉴。预测结果表明:注入空气辅助蒸汽吞吐较单纯蒸汽吞吐可以提高采收率2-3个百分点。
[Abstract]:Leng M block is a typical heavy oil reservoir and has entered the middle and late stage of steam huff and puff. At present, the oilfield is faced with the problems of low reservoir pressure level, poor liquid supply capacity, outstanding contradiction between layers and plane contradictions, and the existing development methods are difficult to solve effectively. The air cost is low, the source is wide, the pollution to the environment is small, and it can also improve the quality of crude oil. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the air-assisted steam huff and puff flooding in Leng M block where the effect of steam huff and puff development is not satisfactory. In this paper, the equation of oil wall motion in the process of air-assisted steam huff and puff is derived, and the possibility of air-assisted steam huff and puff is proved theoretically. By means of numerical simulation, the development effect of air-assisted steam huff and puff is compared with that of pure steam huff and puff, and the variation rules of temperature field, pressure field and oil saturation field before and after displacement are determined. The influencing factors of air assisted steam huff and puff were analyzed. The effects of permeability, oil saturation, gas injection intensity, gas injection timing and injection mode on the oil displacement effect of air-assisted steam huff and puff are studied respectively, which provides the basis for the scheme design of air-assisted steam huff and puff. The fine geological model and numerical simulation model of cold M block are established. Based on the historical fitting of steam huff and puff, the effect of air-assisted steam huff and puff production in cold M block is predicted. To provide some technical support and experience for the implementation of air assisted steam huff and puff. The prediction results show that the injection of air assisted steam huff and puff can increase the recovery by 2-3 percentage points compared with the pure steam huff and puff.
