处理环空堵塞所需水力能量研究

【摘要】:大位移井钻井过程中对环空堵塞能量的计算对于校核钻机设备能力或选择、升级改造钻机设备,优化大位移井井眼轨道设计等具有重要作用。以前的研究只是定性的指出这方面的问题。本题目从水力能量入手,结合井塌、沉砂、砂桥、岩屑床等井下复杂情况,建立了清除环空堵塞物所需水力能量的计算模型,并提出了处理上述复杂情况的具体措施,从而找出解除环空堵塞的方法,达到消除因坍塌、沉砂、砂桥、岩屑床引起的井下复杂情况。论文根据所建立的数学模型,编制了处理环空堵塞所需水力参数优化设计程序。论文通过软件进行实例计算,对两口井的井眼环空堵塞所需水能量状况进行了分析评价。
[Abstract]:The calculation of the clogging energy of annulus in the drilling process of extended reach well plays an important role in checking the capacity or selection of drilling rig equipment upgrading the rig equipment and optimizing the design of borehole track. Previous studies have merely qualitatively pointed out this problem. Starting from the hydraulic energy and combining the complex conditions of well collapse, sand sinking, sand bridge and cuttings bed, the calculation model of hydraulic energy needed to remove the clogging material in annulus is established, and the concrete measures to deal with the above complex situation are put forward. The method of removing the clogging of annulus is found to eliminate the complex situation caused by collapse, sand sinking, sand bridge and cuttings bed. According to the established mathematical model, the optimal design program of hydraulic parameters for the treatment of annular blockage is worked out in this paper. The paper analyzes and evaluates the water energy situation of the two wells in the annular hole plugging by the example calculation of the software.
