WGA1000软件系统设计及定量分析方法优化研究

【摘要】:介绍了国内第一款用于录井系统的快速气相色谱-四极杆质谱联用气测仪WGA1000软件系统,说明了其设计原理和用户界面实现方法。该软件系统实现了对仪器的运行状态和参数的精确控制,以及对数据的快速采集与处理,可得到各组分的实时浓度值,并将该结果传送给终端服务系统,最终获得钻井过程中各组分浓度的变化趋势图;通过改进和优化线性校正方法与离子扫描方式,显著提高了气体组分定量计算结果的准确性和重复性。经过长期现场应用及模拟实验证明,WGA1000软件系统结合硬件及数据解析软件系统,能够满足目前气测录井系统在线气体分析仪器的实时监测要求。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the first WGA1000 software system of rapid gas chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry for logging system in China, and explains its design principle and user interface realization method. The software system realizes the accurate control of the operating state and parameters of the instrument, as well as the fast collection and processing of the data. The real-time concentration values of each component can be obtained, and the results can be transmitted to the terminal service system. Finally, the variation trend map of each component concentration in drilling process is obtained, and the accuracy and repeatability of quantitative calculation results of gas components are greatly improved by improving and optimizing the linear correction method and ion scanning method. Through long-term field application and simulation experiments, it is proved that the WGA1000 software system, combined with hardware and data analysis software system, can meet the real-time monitoring requirements of online gas analysis instruments of gas logging system.
