低渗透油藏相渗曲线计算方法及规律研究

【摘要】:低渗透油藏分布广泛,储量丰富,已经成为国内外油气田勘探开发的重点,在今后相当长时期内低渗透油藏将是待发现石油资源及未来开发的主体对象。低渗透油藏与中高渗透油藏相比,在渗流特征、渗流机理及开发生产过程有较大不同,主要体现在渗透率极低、孔隙结构复杂,渗流过程存在非达西渗流,国内外大量学者对此进行深入研究并发表大量研究成果,尤其针对渗流方程表征、孔隙结构分析。而相对渗透率曲线是低渗透油气田开发不可缺少的资料,目前相对渗透率曲线多数基于达西公式得出的,不符合低渗油藏渗流特点。岩石孔隙极小,启动压力、毛管力现象比较严重,流速压差关系是非线性的,对渗流规律及相渗规律存在较大的影响。目前还没有考虑上述因素的相渗曲线计算方法。因此深入研究考虑非达西渗流规律及毛管力的相渗曲线计算方法,对合理开发该类油藏具有重要意义。本文结合相渗曲线石油行业标准的测定方法,提出考虑低渗透油藏非线性渗流特征的稳态法相对渗透率计算方法。在借鉴经典贝克莱-列维尔特驱油理论及非稳态相渗计算方法,引入前人提出拟启动压力渗流方程、两参数渗流方程,发展贝克莱-列维尔特驱油理论,并分别推导了考虑启动压力、毛管力和非线性特征的含水率方程、油水相渗计算公式。基于低渗油藏室内测定岩心油水相对渗透率数据,利用所推导公式,分析了非线性特征、渗透率、注入速度等对低渗透油藏相对渗透率曲线的影响。通过本论文研究,提出了对低渗透油藏相对渗透率曲线的测定及计算的新认识,为更好的开发该类油藏提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:Low permeability reservoirs are widely distributed and rich in reserves, which has become the focus of exploration and development of oil and gas fields at home and abroad. In the future, low permeability reservoirs will be the main objects of oil resources to be discovered and future development. Compared with medium and high permeability reservoirs, low permeability reservoirs have different percolation characteristics, percolation mechanism and development and production process, which are mainly reflected in extremely low permeability, complex pore structure and non-Darcy percolation in percolation process. A large number of scholars at home and abroad have carried out in-depth research and published a lot of research results, especially for the percolation equation characterization and pore structure analysis. The relative permeability curve is an indispensable data for the development of low permeability oil and gas fields. At present, most of the relative permeability curves are based on Darcy's formula and do not accord with the percolation characteristics of low permeability reservoirs. The porosity of rock is very small, the starting pressure and capillary force are serious, and the pressure difference of velocity is nonlinear, which has a great influence on the seepage law and the law of phase and permeability. At present, there is no calculation method of phase permeability curve considering the above factors. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the calculation method of phase permeability curve considering non-Darcy percolation law and capillary force for the rational development of this kind of reservoir. Based on the measurement method of petroleum industry standard for phase permeability curve, a steady state method for calculating relative permeability of low permeability reservoir considering nonlinear percolation characteristics is put forward in this paper. Based on the classical Berkeley Levier flooding theory and the unsteady phase permeability calculation method, the pseudo start pressure seepage equation, two parameter seepage equation and the Berkeley Levier flooding theory are introduced. The equation of water cut considering starting pressure, capillary force and nonlinear characteristics, and the formula of oil-water phase permeability are derived respectively. Based on the measured relative permeability data of core oil and water in low permeability reservoir, the influence of nonlinear characteristics, permeability and injection rate on the relative permeability curve of low permeability reservoir is analyzed by using the derived formula. Through the research in this paper, a new understanding of the determination and calculation of the relative permeability curve of low permeability reservoir is put forward, which provides technical support for the better development of this kind of reservoir.
