井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统研究与开发

【摘要】:石油工业是我国国民经济的重要支柱产业之一,国家和石油企业在石油生产上每年需投入大量资金,石油生产中井场设备柴油消耗是石油公司成本支出的大头。然而,钻井工程现场大多位于边远的野外,环境恶劣且复杂多变,不利于信息交流和监测管理。为了提高管理效率,节约生产成本,降低经营风险,同时伴随着油田数字化建设的推广,以及油田科学化管理、效益化生产不断被提倡,这就要求对石油生产的管理更加细化和深入。针对以上问题,本文对井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统的总体方案和关键技术进行了分析研究,并在此基础上,开发出了一套井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统。首先,介绍了现代石油企业在井场柴油消耗管理上面临的问题和信息化、网络化建设的背景,分析了远程传输及网络监测技术在国内外钻井工程领域的研究现状,并根据国内井场设备柴油消耗数据的远传、存储及网络监测功能的相关需求,提出了一种井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统总体方案。在该方案中,远程传输单元负责数据的发送,远程接收单元负责数据接收,数据服务中间件单元负责响应远程用户对实时数据的查询请求,分布于Internet上的网络监测系统实现远程监测功能。其次,针对井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统的关键技术进行了分析研究:①依据通信技术和和现代计算机网络技术,提出了一种井场设备柴油消耗数据远程传输方案。该方案以流式套接字为网络通信基础,利用多线程技术解决了数据传输的并发问题,自定义应用层协议并根据数据类型合理设计数据报送机制;②根据井场设备柴油消耗数据网络监测系统的功能需求,提出了一种基于数据服务中间件的实时数据远程访问方案。该方案采用多层C/S体系架构,将应用逻辑移至高度模块化的数据服务中间件中,提高了实时监测系统的性能和数据库的安全性。最后,基于以上关键技术的分析、研究,开发了一套井场设备柴油消耗数据远传及网络监测系统。该系统功能齐全、运行稳定可靠,在青海地区某钻井公司得到应用,取得了良好的应用效果。
[Abstract]:The petroleum industry is one of the important pillar industries of our national economy. The state and the petroleum enterprises need to invest a lot of funds in the petroleum production every year. The consumption of diesel oil in the well field is the major part of the cost expenditure of the petroleum company. However, drilling engineering sites are mostly located in the remote field, the environment is harsh and complex, which is not conducive to information exchange and monitoring management. In order to improve management efficiency, save production cost and reduce management risk, along with the promotion of digital oilfield construction and scientific management of oil field, benefit production has been continuously advocated. This requires the management of oil production more detailed and in-depth. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes and studies the overall scheme and key technology of the remote transmission of diesel oil consumption data and the network monitoring system of the well site equipment, and on this basis, A remote data transmission and network monitoring system for diesel oil consumption of well site equipment has been developed. First of all, the paper introduces the problems faced by modern petroleum enterprises in the management of diesel oil consumption in the well site and the background of informatization and network construction, and analyzes the research status of remote transmission and network monitoring technology in the field of drilling engineering at home and abroad. According to the requirement of remote transmission, storage and network monitoring function of diesel oil consumption data in domestic well field equipment, an overall scheme of remote transmission and network monitoring system of diesel oil consumption data for well field equipment is proposed. In this scheme, the remote transmission unit is responsible for sending the data, the remote receiving unit is responsible for the data receiving, the data service middleware unit is responsible for responding to the query request of the remote user to the real-time data. The network monitoring system distributed on Internet realizes the function of remote monitoring. Secondly, according to the key technologies of remote transmission of diesel oil consumption data and network monitoring system of well site equipment, the paper analyzes and studies the key technologies of the system, which are based on communication technology and modern computer network technology. A remote data transmission scheme for diesel oil consumption of well site equipment is presented. This scheme takes streaming socket as the base of network communication, solves the concurrency problem of data transmission by using multi-thread technology, defines the application layer protocol and reasonably designs the data sending mechanism according to the data type. 2 according to the functional requirements of the data network monitoring system for diesel oil consumption of well site equipment, a real-time data remote access scheme based on data service middleware is proposed. This scheme adopts multi-tier C / S architecture and moves the application logic to the highly modularized data service middleware, which improves the performance of the real-time monitoring system and the security of the database. Finally, based on the analysis of the above key technologies, a set of remote data transmission and network monitoring system for diesel oil consumption of well site equipment is developed. The system has complete functions, stable and reliable operation, and has been applied in a drilling company in Qinghai area.
