油气田钻采数据转换系统的设计与实现研究及实现

【摘要】:石油钻井过程中涉及到的钻采设备极多,有钻采数据监测设备,录井设备,动力输出设备等,各类设备(综合录井仪器、钻井参数仪、LWD/MWD、柴油机、顶驱等)分布分散,不集中,这给钻采现场的数据统一采集带来了极大的困难。而且生产钻采设备的厂家有上百家,各家的设备数据对外采集接口没有统一的标准,甚至各种类型设备的同一厂家的不同型号的设备数据采集接口也各不相同,相同的一组专业参数数据,不同厂家的设备在现场采集出来的数据单位(公制/英制)也各不相同,导致不同进场的数据无法直接统一传输到后方,必须根据具体型号的设备进行相关处理后数据才能应用。专业化设备对钻井过程中产生的参数和告警等数据进行实时检测,现场和后方技术人员通过设备产生的数据,对钻井过程进行把控,规避风险和提高效率。基于物联网传感数据采集技术,通过协同工作完成对较大面积区域的多种信息获取的任务,可以有效实现远程数据采集和油井监控以及管理。针对计量站、管汇阀组、转油站、联合站等各种设施的工作状态及采出油品的数据的采集,可以解决数据的自动采集和处理问题。并且通过远程传输的技术,实现了井场数据远程集中管理和处理,实现管理人员和后方专家为现场提供支持的决策。本文具体给出了通过标准化接口,主要在感知层采用WITSML标准、数据服务总线、数据协议转换等技术手段,从各种类型的综合录井仪、钻井参数仪、测井地面仪器、LWD(随钻测量仪)/MWD(随钻测井仪)、压裂酸化仪表车等专业设备采集实时作业数据转换成系统能识别的成果数据的实现方法。通过本文的研究,各种仪表数据可以通过标准化转换后直接通过网络传输到系统中使用,可以作为其他信息化系统的基础,为其提供基础数据,可以将钻井、录井数据进行大数据分析,数据挖掘等应用;同时高效、准确的数据来源可以为决策分析提供可靠的数据支持,提升管理和决策水平。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of drilling and production equipment involved in the drilling process, such as drilling and production data monitoring equipment, logging equipment, power output equipment, and all kinds of equipment (integrated logging instrument, drilling parameter instrument LWD / MWD, diesel engine, top drive, etc.) are scattered and not concentrated. This brings great difficulty to the unified data collection of drilling and production site. Moreover, there are more than 100 manufacturers that produce drilling and production equipment. There is no uniform standard for each equipment data acquisition interface. Even different types of equipment data acquisition interfaces of the same manufacturer of various types of equipment are different. The same set of professional parameter data, the data units (metric / inch) collected by different manufacturers in the field are also different, resulting in different incoming data can not be transferred directly and uniformly to the rear. The data must be processed according to the specific type of equipment before it can be applied. The specialized equipment carries on the real-time inspection to the drilling process parameter and the alarm and so on data, the spot and the rear technical personnel through the equipment produces the data, carries on the control to the drilling process, avoids the risk and improves the efficiency. Based on the technology of Internet of things sensor data acquisition, remote data acquisition, oil well monitoring and management can be realized effectively by cooperating to complete the task of obtaining various information in a large area. In view of the working condition of metering station, manifold valve group, transfer station, combined station and so on, and the collection of oil product data, the problem of automatic data collection and processing can be solved. Through the technology of remote transmission, the remote centralized management and processing of well site data are realized, and the decision of managers and rear experts to support the field is realized. In this paper, through the standardized interface, we mainly use WITSML standard, data service bus, data protocol conversion and other technical means in perceptual layer, from various types of comprehensive logging instrument, drilling parameters instrument, etc. LWD (while drilling measuring instrument / MWD) the realization method of collecting real time operation data from logging tool, fracturing and acidizing instrument and so on into the result data which can be recognized by the system. Through the research of this paper, all kinds of instrument data can be transferred to the system directly through the network after standardized conversion, which can be used as the basis of other information systems, provide them with basic data, can be drilled, The mud logging data are analyzed by big data and data mining, and the efficient and accurate data sources can provide reliable data support for decision analysis and improve the management and decision level.
