非均匀冻胀对埋地管道结构安全性的影响

【摘要】:为及时了解冻土区管道运营期间结构受力性状的变化,利用弹性地基梁理论得出了埋地管道在土体不均匀冻胀情况下的解答。应用有限元软件ADINA建立了三维模型,并且对埋地管道进行了热力耦合分析。通过计算冻融循环后管道的冻胀力,得出了温度、管道埋深、过渡段长度对管道应力应变的影响,确定了管道受力最大的位置。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the variation of structural behavior during pipeline operation in frozen soil region, the solution of buried pipeline under uneven frost heaving is obtained by using the theory of elastic foundation beam. A three-dimensional model was established by using finite element software ADINA, and the thermodynamic coupling analysis of buried pipeline was carried out. By calculating the frost heaving force of the pipeline after freeze-thaw cycle, the influence of temperature, buried depth of pipeline and length of transition section on the stress and strain of pipeline is obtained, and the position of maximum stress on pipeline is determined.
