“井工厂”水平井井眼轨道优化设计方法研究

【摘要】:随着国内页岩气勘探开发力度不断加大,为了降低开发成本、缩短投产周期、提高作业效率,“井工厂”开发模式被认为是一种最佳模式。由于“井工厂”水平井的井口相对集中,大部分水平井都要设计为三维水平井,轨道设计的难度及其对钻井风险及成本的影响都非常明显。因此对“井工厂”水平井井眼轨道进行优选具有非常重要的意义。论文通过分析“井工厂”水平井的特点,确定了三维三增水平井为“井工厂”水平井的一般形式,建立了三维三增水平井井眼轨道的批处理设计模型,并编制了水平井轨道批量设计程序。在此基础上,对“井工厂”水平井钻井成本的构成进行了分析,给出了与钻井时间相关费用和与井身结构相关费用的计算方法,形成了钻井成本的预测方法,并编制了“井工厂”水平井钻井费用预测程序。在钻井成本计算的基础上,对“井工厂”水平井的钻井风险问题进行了评价,针对井壁稳定问题提出了一种利用钻井液安全密度窗口评价井壁失稳风险的风险系数计算方法;针对摩阻扭矩问题提出了一种利用摩阻扭矩计算结果评价摩阻扭矩超限风险的风险系数计算方法。在钻井成本和风险评价的基础上,对“井工厂”水平井不同参数条件下设计的一系列轨道进行钻井成本计算和钻井风险评价,依据一定的优选原则就可以筛选出最合适的井眼轨道。在理论方法研究的基础上,论文以一个包括四口水平井的“井工厂”水平井的井眼轨道设计为例,阐述了“井工厂”水平井井眼轨道优化设计的详细过程和步骤,最后的井眼轨道设计结果合理、可信,对“井工厂”水平井井眼轨道优化设计具有一定的理论指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing intensity of shale gas exploration and development in China, in order to reduce the development cost, shorten the production cycle and improve the operation efficiency, the "well factory" development model is considered to be the best one. Because the wellhead of "well factory" horizontal well is relatively concentrated, most horizontal wells should be designed as three-dimensional horizontal wells. The difficulty of track design and its influence on drilling risk and cost are very obvious. So it is very important to select the horizontal well trajectory in well factory. By analyzing the characteristics of horizontal well in "well factory", the paper determines the general form of "well factory" horizontal well, and establishes the batch design model of borehole track. A batch design program for horizontal well track is also developed. On this basis, the structure of drilling cost of horizontal well in "well factory" is analyzed, and the calculation method of drilling time related cost and well structure related cost is given, and the prediction method of drilling cost is formed. The program of drilling cost prediction for horizontal wells in well factory is also worked out. Based on the calculation of drilling cost, the drilling risk of horizontal wells in "well factory" is evaluated, and a calculation method of risk coefficient for evaluating the risk of wellbore instability by using the safe density window of drilling fluid is put forward. To solve the problem of frictional torque, a method for calculating the risk factor of friction torque is presented, which is based on the calculated results of friction torque to evaluate the risk of friction torque exceeding the limit. On the basis of drilling cost and risk evaluation, drilling cost calculation and drilling risk evaluation of a series of tracks designed under different parameters of horizontal well in "well factory" are carried out. According to certain optimal selection principle, the most suitable well track can be selected. Based on the research of theory and method, the paper takes the well track design of a horizontal well including four horizontal wells as an example, and expounds the detailed process and steps of the optimization design of the horizontal well trajectory in the "well factory". The result of the final well trajectory design is reasonable and credible, which is of theoretical significance to the optimization design of horizontal borehole track in "well factory".
