基于LTE传输的油气井远程监控系统研究

【摘要】:为了能将油气田生产现场各关键节点设备实施参数及整套工艺流程状态上传至油气田生产调度控制中心,达到生产运行动态实时了解、隐患事件及早发现控制的目的,本文研究研究了基于LTE(长期演进技术)的油气井生产监视控制系统。系统通过油气井区各种变送器、RTU及PLC设备,实现如温度、油压、气压、电位、电流、功率的参数的采集,并通过LTE连接至Internet网络,通过固定的IP地址或VPN通道的建立,将现场各种数据传输至油气调度控制中心,实现调控中心的统一调度、控制功能,同时支持数据分析及报表输出等功能。
[Abstract]:In order to upload the implementation parameters and the whole process state of the key node equipments in the oil and gas field production site to the production dispatching control center of the oil and gas field, the purpose of the real-time understanding of the production and operation dynamics and the early detection and control of the hidden trouble events can be achieved. In this paper, the production monitoring and control system of oil and gas wells based on LTE (long-term evolution technology) is studied. The system can collect parameters such as temperature, oil pressure, air pressure, potential, current and power through various transducers in oil and gas well area, such as RTU and PLC equipment. The system is connected to Internet network through LTE, and established by fixed IP address or VPN channel. All kinds of data are transmitted to the oil and gas dispatching control center to realize the unified dispatching and control function of the control center, and the functions of data analysis and report output are supported at the same time.
