二类油层聚合物驱措施调整数值模拟研究

【摘要】:目前,我国油田已进入三次采油阶段,而聚合物驱油是三次采油中重要的开采技术,但是聚合物驱动用的部位主要集中在高渗透层,存在着动用比例低,聚合物低效无效循环等缺点,而随着化学用剂量的增加,油田产油量的下降,导致油田不能达到低成本,高效益的开采需求。因此有必要对聚合物驱进行增产措施的调整进而提高聚合物驱的动用比例,致使聚合物驱达到最优的开采效果。本文以进一步改善大庆油田N3井区二类油层葡Ⅰ5-7、葡Ⅱ1-3聚合物驱开采效果为目的,利用数值模拟技术,针对N3井区聚合物驱分析了注聚分子量,注聚浓度,注入速度,聚用量对聚合物驱开采的影响,优选最优注聚参数方案,并分析聚合物驱开采效果,并在此基础上进行了措施调整。由于储层之间的非均质性及差异性,分析了注聚分层的必要性,根据层系划分原则,确定了分层注入合理的层系组合,同时给予了最佳分层时机。对影响压裂效果的因素进行了分析,选取了合理的聚驱压裂时机。对不同井网布井方式及井距对聚合物驱开采效果的影响进行了研究,研究了适合二类油层聚合物驱的合理井网及井距,为N3井区聚合物驱调整措施确定了最佳方案。
