杏北油田三元污水处理及稀释聚合物驱油实验研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济的迅猛发展,各个国家对石油的需求也不断增加,虽然国际油价近一年来持续走低,但石油供需间的矛盾、水资源的有效利用等问题依旧十分严峻,急需找到相应的解决方案。同时,油田进入特高含水期后,采出的含油污水量也随之增加,而且采出液直接回注也将对油层造成污染,对地层造成不可逆伤害。近年来,三次采油已在大庆油田全面开展,根据油层的不同特性采用特定的驱动方式来驱油,包括水驱、聚合物驱、三元复合驱(ASP)等。其中三元复合驱现场实验取得的效果最佳,但三元复合驱采出污水水质成分比普通水驱和聚合物驱水质成分复杂,处理难度大。三元复合驱采出污水回注过程中含油量、悬浮物固体含量等很难达到回注标准,严重损害地层,在降低采收率的同时会增大注入压力。本文针对杏北油田现有的三元污水处理工艺存在的问题,以杏八联合站三元污水为研究对象,并与杏二十五联合站深度处理污水进行对比分析,通过曝氧、混掺过滤等技术系统考察了曝氧量、混掺对三元污水中溶解氧、矿化度、还原性物质、含油量、悬浮物固体含量等的影响;进行了三元污水的混掺可视化过滤模拟实验,考察了过滤速度、滤料级配比及混掺比例对污水中含油量、悬浮物含量等的影响,确定了最佳滤速界限为10-12m/h,级配一最合理,最佳混掺比为70%;利用三层非均质长方岩心进行了深度处理污水、最佳混掺比污水稀释聚合物溶液的驱油实验,对两种不同类型污水稀释聚合物溶液驱油效果进行评价,最佳混掺比污水稀释聚合物溶液驱油效果比深度处理污水要高2.79%。本文的研究对可为降低杏北油田现有三元污水处理难度及三元污水的有效利用提供理论与技术支持,为实现油田的可持续发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the demand for oil in various countries is also increasing. Although the international oil price has been declining for nearly a year, the contradictions between supply and demand of oil and the effective utilization of water resources are still very serious. There is an urgent need to find a solution. At the same time, after the oil field enters the high water cut period, the produced oil polluted water will also increase, and the direct injection of the produced liquid will also cause pollution to the reservoir and irreversibly damage to the formation. In recent years, tertiary oil recovery has been carried out in Daqing Oilfield. According to the different characteristics of the reservoir, special driving methods are adopted to drive oil, including water flooding, polymer flooding, ASP flooding and so on. The effect of the field experiment of ASP flooding is the best, but the composition of water quality of produced wastewater by ASP flooding is more complex than that of common water flooding and polymer flooding, and it is difficult to treat. The oil content and the solid content of suspended solids in the recovery process of sewage produced by ASP flooding are difficult to reach the standard of reinjection which seriously damages the formation and increases the injection pressure while reducing the recovery factor. In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the existing ternary sewage treatment process in Xingbei Oilfield, taking the Sanyuan sewage of Xingba Union Station as the research object, and comparing it with the advanced treatment sewage of Xingbei 25 combined Station, the oxygen exposure is adopted. The effects of aeration and mixing on dissolved oxygen, salinity, reductive substance, oil content and solid content of suspended solids in ternary sewage were systematically investigated. The effects of filtration speed, ratio of filter media and mixing ratio on oil content and suspended matter content in sewage were investigated. The optimum filtration speed limit was 10 ~ (-12) m / h, with the most reasonable grading. The optimum mixing ratio is 70. The oil displacement experiment of diluting polymer solution with three layers of heterogeneous rectangular core is carried out, and the oil displacement effect of two different kinds of sewage diluting polymer solution is evaluated by using three layers of heterogeneous rectangular core and the best mixing ratio of sewage to dilute polymer solution. The effect of polymer solution flooding is 2.79% higher than that of advanced treatment. The research in this paper can provide theoretical and technical support for reducing the difficulty of ternary sewage treatment and the effective utilization of ternary sewage in Xingbei Oilfield. It is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of oil field.
