高压匀质法破碎小球藻细胞工艺优化

【摘要】:利用小球藻发酵液作为实验原料,在单因素实验的基础上,以小球藻破碎后的油脂得率为指标,采用响应面实验研究藻液浓度、匀质压力和匀质时间对小球藻破碎后油脂得率的影响。通过建立高压匀质法破碎小球藻细胞工艺的多元回归模型,优化破碎过程的工艺参数,得到的最佳的工艺条件:藻液浓度140 g/L、匀质压力940 bar、每升藻液匀质时间14 min。在此工艺条件下,油脂得率最高可达51.25%±0.23%。
[Abstract]:Using the fermentation broth of Chlorella vulgaris as the experimental material, the concentration of the algae solution was studied by response surface test on the basis of single factor experiment, and the oil yield of Chlorella vulgaris was used as the index. Effects of homogenization pressure and homogenization time on oil yield of Chlorella vulgaris after crushing. By establishing a multivariate regression model of the high pressure homogenization process for the crushing of Chlorella microphylla cells, the process parameters were optimized. The optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows: the concentration of algal liquid was 140 g / L, the homogeneous pressure was 940 bar. and the homogenization time per liter was 14 min. Under this condition, the highest oil yield was 51.25% 卤0.23%.
