油田企业油藏经营价值管理指标体系研究

【摘要】：石油石化行业是国民经济的支柱产业,其发展在极大的程度上影响着一个国家的经济增长以及可持续发展。近年来,油田企业在油藏经营管理理念的指导下,实行以市场为主导、以油藏为中心的经营管理决策,突出以效益为中心,取得了良好的成绩,同时,价值管理也被提升到战略高度,在油田企业引起了广泛的关注与重视。本文基于油藏经营管理和价值管理的角度,以油田企业为主体,以其生产流程为对象,采取资料搜集、现场调研、规范研究和实证研究等研究方法,采用相关方法设计了油藏经营价值管理指标体系,能够有效揭示油田企业价值管理的水平,也能够为油田企业各个层面的相关决策提供有效支持。本文首先对油藏经营价值管理进行了界定,即能够有效地利用各种资源,从油藏角度出发制定经营战略,以实现油藏价值为核心,用“价值创造”的理念引导油田企业的资源配置,将油田勘探开发技术与经营管理技术结合起来,从实现油田企业的价值最大化。其次,在进一步分析了油藏经营价值的影响因素的基础上,设计了包括勘探储量价值维度、技术价值维度、经营价值维度、重要辅助价值维度四方面在内的油藏经营价值管理指标体系,本文设计的指标体系不仅涵盖了油田勘探、开发、生产的全过程,其指标在选择上也更为全面,同时选取了EVA等典型的价值管理指标。然后,在对比了权重衡量方法和综合评价方法之后,采用熵权法计算油藏经营价值管理指标体系的权重,并利用综合评价法设计了油藏经营价值管理综合评价指数。最后,本文选取了CH采油厂内部的三个油田进行了实证分析并指出了油田企业油藏经营价值管理的发展方向。
[Abstract]:The petroleum and petrochemical industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. Its development affects the economic growth and sustainable development of a country to a great extent. In recent years, under the guidance of the concept of oil reservoir management, the oil field enterprises carry out the management decision taking the market as the leading and the reservoir as the center, and have achieved the benefit as the center. At the same time, the value management has also been promoted to the strategic height, which has aroused wide attention and attention in the oil field enterprises. Based on the angle of oil reservoir management and value management, this paper takes the oil field enterprises as the main body and takes its production process as the object, and adopts the research methods such as data collection, field investigation, normative research and empirical research. The reservoir management value management index system is designed with relevant methods, which can effectively reveal the level of the value management of oil field enterprises and provide effective support for the relevant decision of various levels of the oil field enterprises. First, the management of reservoir management value is defined, that is, it can effectively use various resources and start from the reservoir angle. In order to realize the reservoir value as the core and guide the resource allocation of oil field enterprises with the concept of "value creation", the oil field exploration and development technology and management technology are combined to maximize the value of the oil field enterprises. Secondly, on the basis of further analysis of the influencing factors of the oil and reservoir operation value, the package is designed. The index system of reservoir management value management, including the value dimension of exploration reserves, technical value dimension, management value dimension and important auxiliary value dimension four aspects, not only covers the whole process of oil field exploration, development and production, but also is more comprehensive in selection and selection of EVA and other typical values. Then, after comparing the weight measurement method and the comprehensive evaluation method, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the reservoir management value management index system, and the comprehensive evaluation index of the management value management of the reservoir is designed by the comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the paper selects three oil fields in the CH oil production plant to carry on the empirical analysis and The development direction of reservoir management value management in oilfield enterprises is pointed out.
