有限元法重复压裂数值模拟研究

【摘要】:低渗透油藏的开发主要以水力压裂为主。在油气井的生产过程中,由于油藏或者压裂工艺方面的原因可能导致水力裂缝失效,造成产量递减,必须对油气井进行重复压裂,才能充分发挥储层潜力,保证油气井稳产,增产。本文应用有限元法易于处理复杂边界,网格划分灵活等特点,成功实现了对重复压裂数值模拟研究。本文基于有限元法处理二维油水两相渗流问题,建立了油-水两相渗流问题有限元方程并进行求解,裂缝采用线单元处理,地层采用任意三角形单元处理,实现了对重复压裂裂缝失效、改造时机、改造方式的油藏数值模拟研究。本文针对直井和水平井重复压裂问题,研究了裂缝失效对油井产能的影响,其中采用指数函数处理裂缝渗透率随时间变化的过程,研究了重复压裂改造时机对直井、水平井开发效果的影响规律,研究了不同重复压裂方式对直井、水平井开发效果的影响规律。通过对模拟计算结果的对比分析,得出有意义的结论,研究表明裂缝的失效对油井产能影响较大,直井和水平的重复压裂最优时机为6年,直井和水平井的最优重复压裂改造方式为加长压开老缝。该结论对现场压裂施工提供了理论指导。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic fracturing is the main development of low permeability reservoir. In the production process of oil and gas wells, hydraulic fracture failure may be caused by the reasons of reservoir or fracturing technology, which may lead to the decline of production. It is necessary to refracture the oil and gas wells in order to give full play to the reservoir potential and ensure the stable production of oil and gas wells. Increase production. In this paper, the finite element method is used to deal with the complex boundary easily and the mesh division is flexible, so the numerical simulation of repeated fracturing is successfully realized. In this paper, based on the finite element method (FEM), the finite element equation of oil-water two-phase seepage is established and solved. The fracture is treated by line element, and the formation is treated by any triangle element. The reservoir numerical simulation of the failure of fracture, the opportunity of reconstruction and the mode of reconstruction is realized. In this paper, the effect of fracture failure on the productivity of vertical and horizontal wells is studied, in which the process of fracture permeability changing with time is treated by exponential function, and the effect of the opportunity of repeated fracturing on vertical wells is studied. The effect of different fracturing methods on the development effect of horizontal well and horizontal well is studied. Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results, a meaningful conclusion is drawn. The results show that the failure of fractures has a great influence on the productivity of oil wells, and the optimal time for vertical and horizontal repeated fracturing is 6 years. The optimal refracturing method for vertical well and horizontal well is to open the old fracture with extended pressure. This conclusion provides theoretical guidance for field fracturing operation.
