炼油厂单元低压变电站设备监测系统设计

【摘要】:变电站监测系统是电力自动化监控系统的组成部分,实现变电站内电力设备的测量和监视,对炼油厂变电站内的电力设备监视具有非常重要的作用和意义,是石化行业控制系统中不可缺少的环节,并在行业的用电节能和故障排查等方面起到了重大作用。本论文研究了变电站的监控技术,阐述了某炼油厂单元低压变电站监测系统的设计。完成的主要工作如下:阐述了单元低压变电站监测系统组成,研究了监测系统数据采集层、通讯管理层、监控层的相关网络通讯技术和组态监控软件,阐述了低压变电站监测系统三个网络层的设计方案。依据某炼油厂各低压变电站对设备运行监测要求,对综合保护装置(馈线综合保护装置、电机综合保护装置、进线综合保护装置)、通讯装置(Modbus网络通讯装置、过程现场总线(Process Field Bus,Profibus)网络通讯装置、以太网通讯装置)、控制器等装置选型进行了说明,对各个装置的性能和特点进行了简要介绍,并阐述了他们在系统中的作用。参与完成了低压变电站监测系统的组网与通讯配置。以炼油厂单元变电站六为例,给出了该变电站中包含Modbus协议、Profibus协议和以太网协议的监测系统网络结构,并采用了双网络通讯技术。网络系统采用施耐德产品,本文阐述了采用Irap软件和Unity Pro XL软件分别完成了通讯管理机Modbus网络和可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)装置Profibus网络的配置。通过配置的程序读取智能综合保护装置的各个电参量和开关量,给出了低压变电站监测系统中Profibus网络与以太网的网络转换实现方法,实现整个低压变电站网络通讯。参与完成了部分变电站监测系统组态监测软件设计。利用施耐德组态软件StruxureWare Power_Monitoring进行设计,主要包括主界面设计、一次系统图界面设计、电能运行报表界面设计、历史数据显示界面设计、历史事件记录界面设计。阐述了变电站监测系统通过数据库连接技术,完成数据库与上位组态软件相关联。参与完成了某炼油厂多个低压变电站的现场调试。通过Modbus通讯、Profibus通讯和监测软件通讯三个方面完成了现场的调试工作,对监控网络的调试中遇到的问题进行了分析,针对不同的调试中出现的问题,给出了具体的处理方法。
[Abstract]:Substation monitoring system is an integral part of power automation monitoring system. It is very important and significant for power equipment monitoring in refinery substation to realize the measurement and monitoring of power equipment in substation. It is an indispensable link in petrochemical industry control system, and plays an important role in energy saving and troubleshooting of petrochemical industry. In this paper, the monitoring technology of substation is studied, and the design of low voltage substation monitoring system in a refinery unit is described. The main work is as follows: the composition of the monitoring system of the unit low-voltage substation is expounded, and the related network communication technology and configuration monitoring software of the monitoring system data acquisition layer, communication management layer and monitoring layer are studied. The design scheme of three network layers of low voltage substation monitoring system is described. According to the operation monitoring requirements of low voltage substations in a refinery, the integrated protective devices (feeder integrated protection unit, motor integrated protection device, incoming line integrated protection device, communication device / Modbus network communication device) are studied. Process Field bus (PROFIBUS) network communication device, Ethernet communication device, controller and so on are described in this paper. The performance and characteristics of each device are briefly introduced, and their functions in the system are expounded. Participated in the completion of the low-voltage substation monitoring system network and communication configuration. Taking the refinery unit substation 6 as an example, the network structure of the monitoring system including Modbus protocol PROFIBUS protocol and Ethernet protocol is given, and the dual network communication technology is adopted. The network system adopts Schneider products. This paper describes the configuration of the communication manager Modbus network and the programmable logic controller (Programmable Logic Controller) device Profibus network using Irap software and Unity Pro XL software, respectively. By reading all the electrical parameters and switching quantities of the intelligent integrated protection device, the realization method of network conversion between Profibus network and Ethernet in low-voltage substation monitoring system is presented, and the network communication of the whole low-voltage substation is realized. Part of the substation monitoring system configuration monitoring software design. Using Schneider configuration software StruxureWare Power_Monitoring to design, mainly includes the main interface design, the primary system diagram interface design, the electric energy running report interface design, the history data display interface design, the history event recording interface design. This paper expounds the connection between the database and the upper configuration software through the database connection technology in the substation monitoring system. Participated in the completion of several low-voltage substations in a refinery site commissioning. The field debugging is accomplished by means of Modbus communication and monitoring software communication. The problems encountered in the debugging of the monitoring network are analyzed, and the specific treatment methods are given in view of the problems in different debugging.
