过程气体分析成套系统在石油化工行业的典型应用

【摘要】:过程气体分析成套系统是由取样装置、样品预处理装置、气体分析仪器、分析仪器保护设备及其辅助设施、信号处理及其通信设备等组成,可直接安装在工业生产流程中,完成对被测工艺介质的自动采样与物性参数定性、定量分析,并连续地提供信号输出。随着国家石油化工等工业装置的大型化和整体技术装备的提升,随着国家对节能降耗、提高质量、治污减排和安全生产的日益追求,过程气体分析成套系统的重要性和使用量与日俱增。 然而在过去很长的一段时间里,由于我们一部分石化工程技术人员盲目崇拜国外分析仪器和对过程气体分析成套系统的不了解,使得很大一部分国外的先进分析仪器在国内工程中都没有应用好,无法实现分析仪器对生产过程先进控制的功能。本课题的研究目的就是结合相关现场实践经验对石油化工典型应用领域的过程气体分析成套系统进行总结研究,客观地提供一些行之有效的解决方案。本课题的研究意义在于推广过程气体分析成套系统的国产化,使在线过程气体分析仪器更加适合于长期连续稳定适时的分析,使之满足于石油化工先进过程控制工程的需要。 论文的研究方法在于查阅国内外相关技术资料,参与过程气体分析成套系统的研发和生产工作,深入研究过程气体分析成套系统中所使用的各种分析仪器的分析原理,深入分析过程气体分析成套系统中样品预处理部件和分析小屋的功能,系统调研石油化工行业中过程气体分析成套系统的应用情况,最终提出过程气体分析成套系统在石油化工行业的典型方案。 论文的主要研究内容如下:第一章论述了本课题的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状和本课题的主要研究内容,第二章介绍在线气体分析仪器的定义、分类和各类气体分析仪器的测量原理,第三章介绍样品预处理部件的基本概念和功能,第四章介绍分析小屋和分析仪的系统安装,第五章介绍石油化工行业使用的过程气体分析成套系统和典型的一些解决方案,第六章总结论文的工作内容、研究成果和不足之处。 论文的研究成果在于结合现场实践经验发现并解决石油化工行业中过程气体分析成套系统的一些应用不足,,目前国内石油化工行业分析仪器使用运行中,还有很多实际待解决的问题,希望通过本文能够抛砖引玉,引起更多工程技术人员在此方面的重视,使过程气体分析成套系统在石油化工行业能够应用的更好,起到指导生产的作用。
[Abstract]:The whole set of process gas analysis system is composed of sampling device, sample pretreatment device, gas analysis instrument, analysis instrument protection equipment and its auxiliary facilities, signal processing and communication equipment, etc. It can be directly installed in the industrial production process. Automatic sampling and quantitative analysis of physical parameters of the process medium are completed, and the signal output is continuously provided. With the large-scale development of the national petrochemical and other industrial units and the upgrading of the overall technical equipment, as well as the country's increasing pursuit of energy conservation and consumption reduction, improvement of quality, pollution control and emission reduction and safety in production, The importance and usage of process gas analysis systems are increasing. However, for a long time in the past, because some of our petrochemical engineers and technicians blindly admired foreign analytical instruments and did not understand the complete set of process gas analysis systems, A large part of the foreign advanced analytical instruments are not well used in domestic engineering and can not realize the function of advanced control of the production process. The purpose of this research is to summarize and study the complete set of process gas analysis system in typical application field of petrochemical industry, and provide some effective solutions objectively. The research significance of this subject is to popularize the localization of the complete set of process gas analysis system, make the on-line process gas analysis instrument more suitable for the long-term continuous and timely analysis, and make it meet the needs of the advanced process control engineering of petrochemical industry. The research method of the thesis is to consult the relevant technical data at home and abroad, to participate in the research and development and production of the process gas analysis complete set system, and to deeply study the analysis principle of all kinds of analytical instruments used in the process gas analysis complete set system. Deeply analyzing the functions of sample preprocessing parts and analysis cabin in the process gas analysis complete set system, systematically investigating the application of the process gas analysis complete set system in the petrochemical industry, Finally, the typical scheme of process gas analysis system in petrochemical industry is put forward. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: the first chapter discusses the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status and the main research content of this topic. The second chapter introduces the definition of on-line gas analysis instrument. The third chapter introduces the basic concepts and functions of the sample preprocessing parts, the fourth chapter introduces the system installation of the analysis cabin and the analyzer. The fifth chapter introduces the complete set of process gas analysis system and some typical solutions used in petrochemical industry. Chapter VI summarizes the work of the paper, research results and shortcomings. The research result of this paper is to find out and solve some problems in the application of the complete set of process gas analysis system in petrochemical industry combined with the practical experience on the spot. At present, the domestic petrochemical industry analysis instrument is in use and running. There are still many practical problems to be solved. It is hoped that through this article, more engineers and technicians will pay more attention to this aspect, so that the whole set of process gas analysis systems can be applied better in the petrochemical industry. Act as a guide to production.
