低摩阻高稳定性水泥浆体系研究与应用

【摘要】:大庆油田经过近60年的不断开发,在浅油层以及地层条件相对简单的区域,钻井密度已趋于饱和,尤其是经过调整井、加密井的再次开发。目前已经进入三次调整开发阶段,开发对象是薄差层,地质特点是隔层薄。为取得良好的开发效果必须保证层间封隔,因此对固井质量提出更加严格的要求。与三次加密初期钻井相比,受特高含水、高压注水、聚驱及三元复合驱等油田开发模式、储层不同流体动态影响,三次加密后期调整井钻井所处地层压力环境、地层流体性质与流场分布更加复杂。在地质的构造、套管的断裂、地层的渗透率、长期的注水作业、注采的失衡、横向传导等因素共同的影响下,地层的原始压力已经被破坏,层间和层内压力差异非常突出。在调整井的固井过程中、以及在水泥浆侯凝的过程中,地下流体中的油气水容易侵入环空冲蚀水泥环,造成水泥浆的污染以及水泥环胶结质量的下降。目前,油田调整井固井质量的优质率只有60%左右,需要得到进一步的提高。为了实现油田可持续发展的战略,大庆油田提出“向非常规井进军,向复杂井要产量”的口号,因而水平井和大斜度井已成为今后大庆油田的开发重点。根据大庆油田的这些特点特开发低摩阻高稳定性水泥浆,不仅可以有效的解决水平井和大斜度井的固井要求,为大庆油田在水平井固井水泥浆技术方面提供有力的支持。
[Abstract]:After nearly 60 years of continuous development in Daqing Oilfield, the drilling density has been saturated in shallow oil layers and relatively simple formation conditions, especially through the re-development of adjusted wells and infill wells. At present, it has entered three stages of adjustment and development, the object of development is thin and the geological characteristic is thin. In order to obtain good development effect, interlayer sealing must be ensured, so the cementing quality is required more strictly. Compared with the initial drilling in the early stage of triple infilling, the formation pressure environment in which the wells are drilled at the later stage of the third infill is affected by the oil field development models such as extra high water cut, high pressure water injection, polymer flooding and ASP flooding, and different fluid dynamics in the reservoir. The properties of formation fluid and the distribution of flow field are more complicated. Under the influence of geological structure, casing fracture, formation permeability, long-term water injection operation, the imbalance of injection and production, transverse conduction and other factors, the original pressure of formation has been destroyed, and the pressure difference between layers and layers is very prominent. In the cementing process of adjustment wells and in the process of cement slurry solidification, oil, gas and water in underground fluid are apt to invade the annulus and erode the cement ring, resulting in the mud pollution and the deterioration of cement ring cementing quality. At present, the high quality rate of well cementing quality is only about 60%, which needs to be further improved. In order to realize the strategy of sustainable development of oil field, Daqing Oilfield put forward the slogan of "march to unconventional well and produce production to complex well", so horizontal well and large deviated well have become the focus of Daqing oilfield development in the future. According to these characteristics of Daqing Oilfield, the development of low friction and high stability cement slurry can not only effectively solve the cementing requirements of horizontal wells and large deviated wells, but also provide strong support for the cementing technology of horizontal wells in Daqing Oilfield.
