套管腐蚀动态分析技术研究

【摘要】:由于井下套管受到外力、高温化学腐蚀等因素引起的套管变形、损坏,直接影响油水井的使用寿命和注水效果,也会影响油气田的生产产量。随着油田开发力度的不断加深,套损现象日益加重。因此,在套管损伤失效之前,及时准确的检测出套管的损坏状况、方位及种类,能为套损机理的分析、套损的预测以及注采方案的调整提供准确的依据,从而可以有效的保护油水井套管,预防套损的发生并且能及时恢复套损井的产能,防止各种油井质量事故。同时,这也是降低油气勘探开发成本的有效措施,对油田的稳产及发展起着重要作用。所以进行套管腐蚀动态分析技术研究,具有重要意义。本课题依据场分布扫描法的具体理论,采用四电极法,通过在套管上加激励电流,测量套管上的微小压降,用于分析套管的腐蚀情况。借助有限元分析软件COMSOL,具体探讨了套管电阻变换与套管腐蚀、错断及破裂等的关系。在理想模型仿真的基础上,建立套损模型,测出实验数据经USB接口传输到上位机,验证用场分布法可检测套管的腐蚀类型,从而达到检测套损的目的。鉴于以上情况,可以看出开展本课题的研究可对某段盲孔臂是否均匀,是否有沙眼进行实验校准,可推动套管检测技术的发展,并具有现实意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:The casing deformation and damage caused by external force and high temperature chemical corrosion directly affect the service life of oil and water well and the effect of water injection, and also affect the production rate of oil and gas field. With the deepening of oilfield development, casing damage is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, before casing damage failure, timely and accurate detection of casing damage condition, direction and type can provide an accurate basis for the analysis of casing damage mechanism, casing damage prediction and the adjustment of injection-production scheme. Thus, the casing can be effectively protected, the casing damage can be prevented and the productivity of casing damaged wells can be recovered in time, and various oil well quality accidents can be prevented. At the same time, it is an effective measure to reduce the cost of oil and gas exploration and development, which plays an important role in the stable production and development of oil fields. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the dynamic analysis technology of casing corrosion. According to the concrete theory of field distribution scanning method, the four-electrode method is used to measure the tiny pressure drop on the casing by adding the excitation current to the casing, which is used to analyze the corrosion of the casing. With the help of finite element analysis software COMSOL, the relationship between casing resistance transformation and casing corrosion, fault and fracture is discussed in detail. Based on the simulation of ideal model, the casing damage model is established, and the experimental data are transmitted to the upper computer via USB interface. It is verified that the corrosion type of casing can be detected by using field distribution method, so as to achieve the purpose of detecting casing damage. In view of the above situation, it can be seen that the research of this subject can be used to test the uniformity of a blind hole arm and trachoma, which can promote the development of casing detection technology, and has practical significance and practical value.
