热洗法处理页岩气开采油基钻屑工艺研究

【摘要】:西南某油气公司页岩气开采油基钻屑样品成分复杂,处理难度大,在对其进行理化指标分析的基础上,采用热化学洗涤法进行基油分离处理。通过正交试验确定除油剂中各药剂对除油效果的影响程度:基油剥离剂润湿反转剂渗透剂;最佳加药量:基油剥离剂S的质量浓度为0.5 g/L,润湿反转剂CTAB的质量浓度为150 mg/L,渗透剂OT的质量浓度为50 mg/L。通过单因素实验优化工艺参数,考察了温度、pH、时间、洗涤次数、除油剂与油基钻屑的体积比对油基钻屑除油工艺的影响。结果表明:调节pH在4左右,V(除油剂)∶V(钻屑)为3∶1,洗涤温度为50℃,洗涤时间为1.5 h,基油分离后泥饼石油类物质质量分数低于1%,同时,分离液可循环用于新的油基钻屑稀释,分离效果良好。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of physical and chemical indexes, the sample of oil based drilling chip produced by shale gas in Southwest China is complex and difficult to deal with. Based on the analysis of physical and chemical indexes, the base oil is separated by thermochemical washing method. The degree of influence of each agent on the oil removal effect was determined by orthogonal test: base oil peeling agent wetting reverse agent permeant; The optimum dosage is: the mass concentration of base oil stripping agent S is 0.5 g / L, the mass concentration of wetting reversal agent CTAB is 150 mg / L, and the mass concentration of osmotic agent OT is 50 mg / L. The effects of temperature, pH, time, washing times and the volume ratio of oil remover to oil based cuttings on the oil removal process of oil based drilling chips were investigated by single factor experiments.
