不压井作业封堵用高强度冻胶体系的室内性能评价

【摘要】:为满足不压井作业对冻胶新材料的性能要求,以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸钠、耐高温胺类单体、过硫酸铵、聚合物LAH、交联剂MENPLE和增韧剂CAL等为原料制备了一种黏弹性冻胶,研究了引发剂和模拟油加量、无机盐、温度对胶液成胶时间和冻胶强度的影响,用高温高压稠化仪模拟地层条件对冻胶性能进行了室内评价。实验结果表明,在pH为7~13、反应温度为40~130℃的条件下可形成强度高达30 N的黏弹性聚合物冻胶体,承压能力达2 MPa/8 m;通过改变引发剂的加量可以调节胶液的成胶时间和冻胶强度;该冻胶稳定性好,具有较强的抗浸污能力,在模拟油加量高达20%或二价金属离子(Ca~(2+)或Mg~(2+))为15×10~4mg/L的条件下,依然具有良好的成胶性能。
[Abstract]:A viscoelastic gel was prepared from acrylamide, sodium methacrylate, high temperature resistant amine monomer, ammonium persulfate, polymer LAH, crosslinking agent MENPLE and toughening agent CAL. The effects of the amount of initiator and simulated oil, inorganic salt and temperature on the gelation time and gel strength of the gel were studied. The performance of the gel was evaluated in laboratory by simulating the formation conditions with a high temperature and high pressure thickener. The experimental results show that the viscoelastic polymer frozen colloids with strength up to 30 N can be formed at pH 7 ~ 13 and reaction temperature at 40 ~ 130 鈩,
