海坨子地区防塌防漏水平井钻井液技术研究

【摘要】:因水平井采油时具有较小生产压差和较大泄油面积等特点,如今已成为开发新油田、挖潜老油田以及提高采收率的重要采油技术。水平井采油还可控制含水上升速度、使油井产液量提高,因此在低渗透储层的开发中越来越受到重视。本文针对海坨子地区在水平井钻井时存在的诸多困难,对海坨子地区开展了防塌防漏的水平井钻井液技术研究,论文围绕水平井钻井顺利施工和提高油井产能这一中心紧密开展,对海坨子地区嫩江组、姚家组、青山口组和泉头组等地层岩屑粘土矿物分析、理化性能分析以及井壁稳定性研究,得出海坨子地区上部蒙脱石含量高,属于中等水化膨胀地层,中下部地层伊蒙混层含量高,层理裂缝发育,属于硬脆性泥页岩地层,遇水易分散,钻井液沿微裂缝进入地层内部,形成较厚的水化膜,产生较大的水化斥力,从而导致地层极易掉块垮塌,总体表现为弱/中膨胀中强分散易垮塌地层;并形成了海坨子地区井壁稳定性剖面,为海坨子地区防塌防漏钻井液技术研究提供详实、系统的基础数据。实现海坨子地区水平井安全、快速钻进,有效节约钻井成本,提高单井产能和储层开发效果。
[Abstract]:Due to the characteristics of small production pressure difference and large oil discharge area in horizontal wells, it has become an important oil recovery technology to develop new oil fields, tap potential old oil fields and improve oil recovery. Horizontal well oil recovery can also control the water cut rising speed, so that the oil well liquid production increased, so in the development of low permeability reservoir, more and more attention is paid to it. Aiming at the difficulties existing in horizontal well drilling in Haituozi area, this paper studies the drilling fluid technology of horizontal well in Haituozi area. Focusing on the center of horizontal well drilling and improving well productivity, the paper analyzes the formation debris clay minerals of Nenjiang formation, Yao Jia formation, Qingshankou formation and Quantou formation in Haituozi area, such as the formation of Nenjiang formation, the Yao formation, the Qingshankou formation and the Quantou formation. Physical and chemical properties analysis and wellbore stability study show that the upper part of the Tuozi area has a high content of montmorillonite, which belongs to the medium hydrated swelling formation, and the middle and lower strata of the middle and lower strata contain a high content of emonium-mixed layer, and the bedding fractures are developed, so it belongs to the hard and brittle shale formation. When the water is easily dispersed, the drilling fluid enters the formation along the micro-fracture and forms a thicker hydration film, resulting in a large hydration repulsion force, which leads to the formation collapsing easily, and the overall performance is weak / moderate expansion, medium and strong dispersion and easy collapse. The stability profile of wellbore in Haituozi area is formed, which provides detailed and systematic basic data for the study of sloughing and leakproof drilling fluid technology in Haituozi area. The horizontal well in Haituozi area can be safely drilled quickly, the drilling cost can be saved effectively, and the productivity of single well and the effect of reservoir development can be improved.
