储罐施工工艺规程图示化技术研究

【摘要】：传统储罐安装技术交底人员大多且采用文字描述方式,虽然内容较全面,但不够直观形象,施工时还需要参照图纸及规范要求。鉴于这种情况,利用二次开发的CAD文字处理软件及与之匹配的三维轴测图绘制软件,建立一套图视化工艺规程系统生成平台,通过平台绘制一种以轴测图为主,配以图表、文字标注说明的简洁化各分项工程工艺技术规程,按照工程各工序的逻辑关系形成图示化、直观化及系列化的工艺规程指导图册,对解决上述问题起到至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The traditional storage tank installation technology is mostly handed over and written description is adopted. Although the content is more comprehensive, it is not intuitive enough, and the construction needs to refer to the drawings and specifications. In view of this situation, using the second developed CAD word processing software and the matching 3D axis mapping software, a set of graphic visualization process planning system generation platform is established, through the platform to draw a kind of axial mapping as the main, with charts. It is very important to solve the above problems by succinctly describing the technical specifications of each item of engineering and forming graphical, visual and serialized process instruction atlas according to the logical relation of each working procedure of the project.
