苏里格天然气集输系统的安全评价模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,天然气田开发速度加快,与此同时带来的安全问题也日益突出。天然气集输系统在气田安全生产中占有重要作用,集气站是天然气集输系统中的高危生产场所,一旦安全工作不到位就会酿成重大事故,不但影响正常生产,还会造成人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,对集气站进行安全评价模型的研究对于保障天然气田的安全平稳运行有重大意义。本文以苏里格气田苏东-3集气站(下古)为研究对象,对集气站工艺流程及主要设备进行危险危害因素辨识,用危险与可操作性分析方法对集气站进行全面的的初步危险性分析。对集气站从环境、设备、人员、管理四个方面建立模糊综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对各具体指标进行权重赋值,进行权重的一致性检验。运用模糊综合评价法对苏东-3集气站(下古)的安全级数进行定量计算,确定该集气站的安全等级为0.744,处于中等安全和较安全之间,根据评价结果对权重值相对较大的各级指标提出具体的安全应对措施。通过对苏东-3集气站(下古)的安全评价结果进行分析,得出适用于苏里格气田下古气藏集气站的安全评价模式,不但对苏里格气田集输系统的安全评价具有现实的指导意义,而且对其他气田的安全评价与管理工作具有推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, natural gas field development speed up, at the same time, the safety problems are increasingly prominent. Natural gas gathering and transportation system plays an important role in the safe production of gas fields. Gas gathering stations are high risk production sites in natural gas gathering and transportation systems. Once safety work is not in place, it will lead to major accidents, which will not only affect normal production, It can also cause casualties and property damage. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the safety evaluation model for gas gathering stations to ensure the safe and stable operation of natural gas fields. In this paper, taking Sudong -3 gas gathering station of Suidong gas field as the research object, the process flow and the main equipment of the gas collecting station are identified. The preliminary risk analysis of gas collecting station is carried out by means of hazard and maneuverability analysis. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system is established from four aspects of environment, equipment, personnel and management of gas collecting station. The weight of each specific index is assigned by AHP, and the consistency of weight is checked. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively calculate the safety series of the 3 gas gathering station in the east of Jiangsu Province. The safety grade of the gas gathering station is determined to be 0.744, which is between moderate safety and relatively safe. According to the evaluation results, specific safety measures are put forward for the indexes with relatively large weights. Based on the analysis of the safety evaluation results of Suodong -3 gas gathering station (Xiagu), a safety evaluation model suitable for Sulige gas reservoir gathering station is obtained, which not only has practical guiding significance for the safety evaluation of Sulige gas field gathering and transportation system. Moreover, it has the value of popularizing and applying to the safety evaluation and management of other gas fields.
