一种复合交联剂的制备及性能评价

【摘要】:水溶性酚醛类交联剂保存时间短、易固化且挥发性较强。为此,通过采用分子设计和引入适量促交联剂制备了一种基于水溶性酚醛树脂的复合交联剂。首先使用苯酚和甲醛为原料,通过两步法合成水溶性优异的多羟甲基酚醛树脂,随后加入适量金属离子促交联剂用以改善其成胶性能。两步法合成使得甲醛和苯酚反应更为充分,产物主要以多羟甲基酚的形式存在,因而该复合交联剂无刺激性气味,保存时间长,金属离子促交联剂的引入显著改善了其成胶性能。实验结果表明,该复合交联剂用量在0.1%以上即可成胶,较传统酚醛类交联剂其成胶强度显著增加,成胶时间8~48h可控,成胶温度范围为60~120℃。采用此复合交联剂得到的凝胶体系稳定性强,成胶强度在两个月以上无减弱趋势。该复合交联剂在油田堵水调剖领域具有极大的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Water-soluble phenolic crosslinkers have the advantages of short storage time, easy solidification and high volatility. Therefore, a composite crosslinking agent based on water soluble phenolic resin was prepared by molecular design and introduction of proper amount of crosslinking agent. Phenol and formaldehyde were used as raw materials to synthesize water-soluble polyhydroxymethyl phenolic resin by two-step method, and then a suitable amount of metal ion crosslinking agent was added to improve its adhesive properties. The synthesis of formaldehyde and phenol by two-step synthesis made the reaction of formaldehyde and phenol more fully, and the product mainly existed in the form of polyhydroxymethyl phenol, so the compound crosslinking agent had no irritant odor and had a long storage time. The introduction of metal ion crosslinking agent improved the adhesive properties. The experimental results show that the compound crosslinking agent can be used in gel formation when the dosage is more than 0.1%, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional phenolic crosslinking agent.
