吸水树脂堵漏剂及作用机理研究

【摘要】:钻井液漏失问题是长期存在于钻井作业中并且一直未能得到较好解决的技术难题。目前现场常用堵漏材料多存在形变能力差、吸水膨胀能力小等缺陷,在处理井漏问题时易造成堵漏效果不佳或堵漏成功后易发生重复性漏失问题。近年来,国内外开发出了多种堵漏材料,但这些材料针对大孔隙型、高温、高矿化度地层水等复杂地层漏失堵漏效果不太理想。为弥补现有堵漏材料的缺陷,本文研制了吸水树脂堵漏剂DLJ-1。 基于吸水树脂吸水机理的分析,结合堵漏剂分子结构的设计思路,选用AM、AMPS两种单体进行聚合;通过正交试验和单因素实验对反应条件进行优选,确定了该堵漏剂的最优合成条件。 堵漏剂DLJ-1的颗粒粒径主要分布在0.2-2.0mmm之间,较小的粒径使得其具有较快的吸液膨胀速率,达到吸液平衡所时间较短。DLJ-1堵漏剂的加量在1%时对钻井液的性能影响较小,失水性能表现良好,对缝板封堵有一定的效果;承压堵漏实验结果显示,连续性加压堵漏剂能承受压力,一次性承压实验能承受7MPa压力仍保持漏失很少,防漏堵漏效果明显。通过温度、压力、pH、矿化度对加入DLJ-1的钻井液后堵漏效果的影响表明pH对DLJ-1的堵漏效果影响不大,在5NaCl、0.5%CaCl2、50%地层水中都具有较好的堵漏效果。 本论文在对吸水树脂堵漏剂吸水原理、合成机理及性能研究的基础上,研制出一种在钻井液中堵漏效果明显,承压能力较好的堵漏剂DLJ-1。并结合DLJ-1堵漏剂的具体情况,对其堵漏机理进行了分析。
[Abstract]:Drilling fluid leakage is a technical problem which has existed in drilling operation for a long time and has not been well solved. At present, the commonly used plugging materials have some defects such as poor deformation ability and small water absorption and expansion ability, which can easily lead to poor plugging effect or repeatable leakage problem after successful plugging. In recent years, many kinds of leakage plugging materials have been developed at home and abroad, but the leakage and plugging effect of these materials is not ideal for complex formation such as macroporous type, high temperature, high salinity formation water and so on. In order to make up for the defects of the existing plugging materials, the water absorbent resin plugging agent DLJ-1 has been developed in this paper. Based on the analysis of water absorption mechanism of absorbent resin and the design idea of molecular structure of plugging agent, amps and amps were selected for polymerization, and the reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test and single factor experiment. The optimum synthetic conditions of the plugging agent were determined. The particle size of the plugging agent DLJ-1 is mainly distributed in the range of 0.2-2.0mmm, and the smaller particle size makes it have a faster liquid swelling rate, and when the time to achieve the liquid absorption equilibrium is shorter. The amount of DLJ-1 plugging agent has little effect on the performance of drilling fluid when the amount of DLJ-1 plugging agent is 1. The experimental results show that the continuous pressure plugging agent can withstand the pressure, the one-off pressure experiment can withstand 7MPa pressure and the leakage loss is little, and the leakage prevention effect is obvious. The effect of temperature, pressure, pH and salinity on the plugging effect of drilling fluid added DLJ-1 shows that pH has little effect on the plugging effect of DLJ-1, and it has better plugging effect in 5NaCl2, 0.5Cl2 + 50% formation water. Based on the study of water absorption principle, synthesis mechanism and properties of water absorbent resin plugging agent, a new plugging agent DLJ-1 was developed, which has obvious plugging effect and good pressure bearing ability in drilling fluid. Combined with the specific situation of DLJ-1, the plugging mechanism of DLJ-1 was analyzed.
