清5块大洼油层二次开发研究及应用

【摘要】:清5块于1988年投入规模开发,1989年转入注水开发,随着开采时间的延长,油层水淹严重,剩余油分散,近年产油量持续下降,采油速度降至0.32%左右。通过分析断块存在着以下问题:注水利用率低,提高注水波及体积难度大;主力层水淹严重;吸水状况不均衡;局部地区注采井网不完善。在方案研究中,以二次开发“总体控制、层系细分、平面重组、立体优化、深部调驱、二三结合”二十四字方针的技术思路为理论基础,配套形成了层系井网优化重组技术、水流优势通道识别技术、深部调驱等技术。在搞清清5块剩余油分布规律的基础上,提出实施多元开发,方案主要以“分区分层”的原则,即平面上分为三个区域:边部注水平衡区、调驱井区、d3段完善注采井网区;纵向上分三段,d2Ⅰ、d2Ⅱ.Ⅲ、d3。针对不同分区分段存在的不同问题采取不同对策,充分动用储量。方案实施后取得较好效果,已实现调驱四个井组,断块开井数增加8口,日产油增加了44.6吨。该技术与国内外同类技术比较,达到了同类研究的先进水平。该项研究成果对复杂断块油藏开发有一定的推广、指导意义,为兴隆台采油厂8240×104t储量规模的复杂断块油藏高效开发提供了技术保障。
[Abstract]:Block Qing5 was put into large-scale development in 1988 and turned to water injection development in 1989. With the extension of production time, the reservoir was flooded seriously and the remaining oil was dispersed. In recent years, the oil production continued to decline, and the oil recovery rate decreased to about 0.32%. Through the analysis of the fault block there are the following problems: low water injection utilization rate, high difficulty in improving the volume of water injection sweep; serious flooding in the main formation; uneven water absorption; imperfect injection and production well pattern in local area. In the research of the scheme, based on the technical ideas of "general control, stratigraphic subdivision, plane reorganization, stereoscopic optimization, deep adjustment and flooding, combination of two and three" 24 word policy, the technology of optimization and recombination of well pattern of stratiform system has been formed. Water flow dominant channel identification technology, deep flooding and other technologies. On the basis of the distribution law of remaining oil in Block Qingqing 5, this paper puts forward the implementation of multivariate development. The scheme is mainly based on the principle of "zoning and stratification", that is, it is divided into three areas on the plane: the water injection balance area in the edge part, the injection-production pattern area in the regulation and drive well area and the well pattern area in the control and flooding area.
