微波处理油基钻屑脱油效果及特性研究

【摘要】:随着非常规油气田开发规模逐渐加大,油基泥浆的使用大规模增加,其钻井后产生的油基钻屑所造成的环境问题成为亟待解决的环保难题。在对油基钻屑性质分析的基础上,采用节能高效的微波处理法处理油基钻屑,分析了油基钻屑样品的组成,研究了微波功率、处理温度、处理时间以及石墨添加剂对除油效率的影响。结果表明,对于水质量分数2.41%、石油烃质量分数10.67%、固体质量分数86.92%的油基钻屑,微波功率越大,升温速率越快;石墨添加剂加入质量为油基钻屑的6%时,效果最佳,所达终温升高40℃;热解析最佳处理条件为温度250℃,时间30min,此时油基钻屑石油烃质量分数可降至0.23%,低于0.30%的农用土壤国家标准。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of unconventional oil and gas field development and the increasing use of oil based mud, the environmental problems caused by oil based drilling cuttings after drilling have become an urgent environmental problem to be solved. On the basis of analyzing the properties of oil-based drilling chip, the oil-based drilling chip was treated by energy saving and efficient microwave treatment method. The composition of oil-based drilling chip sample was analyzed, and the microwave power and treatment temperature were studied. Effect of treatment time and graphite additive on oil removal efficiency. The results show that the higher the microwave power is, the faster the heating rate is for the oil based drilling chip with 10.67 oil hydrocarbon mass fraction and 86.92% solid mass fraction, and the better the effect is when graphite additive is added to the oil based drilling chip with mass fraction of 2.41, and when the mass fraction of oil hydrocarbon is 10.67, the oil based drilling chip with 86.92% solid mass fraction has the best effect.
