丙脱渣油在空气中的热解研究

【摘要】:丙脱渣油经减压氧化后得到氧化沥青和馏分。采用红外光谱仪对氧化沥青分子结构和化学组成进行分析,并采用气质联用仪对馏分组成结构进行定性与定量分析。结果表明:馏分主要由含C、H两种元素的烷烃化合物组成;随着减压氧化温度的升高,馏分中脂肪族化合物含量明显升高,而芳香族化合物含量降低。
[Abstract]:The oxidized bitumen and distillate were obtained by decompression oxidation of acrylic residue. The molecular structure and chemical composition of oxidized bitumen were analyzed by infrared spectrometer and qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC-MS. The results show that the fractions are mainly composed of alkanes containing Con H, and the content of aliphatic compounds in the fractions increases obviously with the increase of the temperature of decompression oxidation, while the content of aromatic compounds decreases.
