金海油田深部调驱技术的研究

【摘要】:金海采油厂海南三断块现在开采所面临的主要问题:油层动用程度高、现有条件下调整挖潜难度大,储层非均质性严重,水驱动用程度差异大;注水井的注入压力较高等。以上问题严重制约该区块的正常开采,且区块还有一定的剩余可采储量,故采取有效措施,开采可采的剩余储量,提高该区块的采收率。本文主要通过对本区块的地质特性的研究分析,对开发效果的系统评价,对本区块能否实施深度调驱技术进行了系统的研究。首先对本区块的剩余油藏的潜力和分布情况,利用动态分析法和数值模拟法进行了分析,利用地质条件的分析数据与现行的开采方式,得出深部调驱技术在本区块的可实施性。根据实验室两类药品的凝胶体系对比实验,建议选择低分子聚合物所组成的酚醛树脂凝胶体系。通过对普通加药装置的利弊分析,现场实验数据的对比,选择出优化加药装置的合理方案,通过方案研制出一套实际的加药装置。依据该区块的特点,优选出23-13块的两组油井进行调驱实验,并制定与之相匹配的运行参数和检测方案。
[Abstract]:The main problems faced by the Hainan three fault block in Jinhai oil production plant are: high degree of utilization of the oil layer, the difficulty of adjusting and digging under the existing conditions, the serious heterogeneity of the reservoir, the large difference of water flooding and the high injection pressure of the water injection well. The above problems seriously restrict the normal exploitation of the block, and the block still has some residual recoverable. Therefore, we take effective measures to exploit the remaining reserves and improve the recovery rate of the block. In this paper, through the study and analysis of the geological characteristics of the block, the systematic evaluation of the development effect and the implementation of the deep drive technology in this block. First, the potential and distribution of the remaining oil reservoirs in this block. By using the dynamic analysis method and the numerical simulation method, the feasibility of the deep adjusting drive technology in the block is obtained by using the analysis data of the geological conditions and the current mining methods. According to the contrast experiment of the gel system of the two kinds of drugs in the laboratory, it is suggested to choose the phenolic resin gel system of low molecular polymer. On the basis of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the general charging device and the comparison of the field experimental data, we choose a reasonable scheme to optimize the dosing device, and develop a set of actual dosing device through the scheme. According to the characteristics of the block, two groups of oil wells in 23-13 blocks are optimized and the running parameters and detection schemes match with them.
