一种沥青分散剂的研制及对油浆阻垢性能的评价

【摘要】:采用聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、咪唑和水杨醛为原料制备了一种新型沥青分散剂,考察了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产品阻垢性能的影响;采用傅里叶红外光谱对产品结构进行表征;采用经典失重法考察产品的缓蚀性能;考察了阻垢剂各组分配比对油浆阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:沥青分散剂的最佳合成条件为:n(聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺):n(咪唑):n(水杨醛)=2∶2∶1,反应温度140℃,反应时间5h;红外光谱分析表明合成的样品为目的产物;合成的沥青分散剂具有良好的热稳定性,在200~380℃内未出现热失重情况;具有较好的阻垢性能,当加入量(w)为150μg/g时,对油浆的阻垢率可达79.0%;并具有较好的缓蚀性能,缓蚀率为84.6%。
[Abstract]:A new asphalt dispersant was prepared by using polyisobutylsuccinimide, imidazole and salicylic aldehyde as raw materials. The effects of raw material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the scale inhibition of the product were investigated. The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the corrosion inhibition performance of the product was investigated by classical weightlessness method, and the effect of the ratio of different proportion of scale inhibitor on the scale inhibition performance of slurry was investigated.
