天然气水合物脱气装置研制及性能试验

【摘要】:天然气水合物录井过程中,与振动筛相连接的脱气装置其脱气效率非常低,为解决该问题,研制了专用于天然气水合物录井的脱气装置并对其性能进行了室内试验。采用长0.7m、宽0.7m、高1.7m的试验装置,开展了气液比10%~30%、转速0.33~1.33r/s条件下的脱气效率数值模拟研究和室内试验。研究发现,在相同转速条件下,气液比为30%时模拟和室内试验得出的脱气装置的脱气效率最高;在相同气液比条件下,转速1.00r/s时脱气装置的脱气效率最高。研究结果表明,研制的天然气水合物脱气装置能显著提高脱气效率,最优工况为气液比30%、转速1.00r/s。
[Abstract]:In the process of gas hydrate logging, the degassing device connected with the vibrating screen has very low degassing efficiency. In order to solve this problem, a degassing device for natural gas hydrate logging has been developed and its performance has been tested in laboratory. With a test device of 0.7 m in length, 0.7 m in width and 1.7 m in height, a numerical simulation study and laboratory test of degassing efficiency were carried out under the conditions of gas-liquid ratio of 10 to 30 and rotational speed of 0.33~1.33r/s. It is found that the degassing efficiency is the highest when the gas-liquid ratio is 30 and the degassing efficiency is the highest under the same gas-liquid ratio condition when the speed of 1.00r/s is the same. The results show that the gas hydrate degassing device can significantly improve the degassing efficiency. The optimum conditions are as follows: the gas-liquid ratio is 30, the rotational speed is 1.00 r / s.
