大位移井技术研究在冀东油田的应用

【摘要】:作为油气田行业的高精尖工艺,大位移井钻井技术是基于水平井、定向井技术的钻井工艺,在海上油田、滩海油田得到了广泛应用。对于地面条件复杂的油气藏的勘探开发也发挥了积极作用。在这种工艺的应用中,南海西江和渤海湾的近海地区的浅海区域,在油田生产中积极利用大位移井钻井技术海油陆采,能够减少修建人工岛、人工海堤等项目,节约大量的投资。针对大位移井的技术方面存在的难点,近年来,专家组织进行了系列的技术攻关,从优化设计钻井、计算机应用、国产化配套技术、软件技术升级等方面进行了广泛的探索和研究,从而在理论和实践中得以突破。冀东油田接着国内大位移井钻井水平快速发展的东风,在滩海海域、人工岛两方面的地理位置条件下,不断加大开发力度,勘探开发面积的扩展,大位移井的经济效益和社会效益更加显著,其发展前景日益广阔,为冀东油田的快速发展提供了有力保障。本文主要研究的是在冀东油区复杂地质情况下,把大位移井的技术如何在实施南堡区块3号构造中的7口井勘探开发中具体应用,在分析基本施工数据的基础上,做初步总结,并做了钻具组合在大位移井井身控制技术的现场应用的研究工作,提出了自己的见解和结论。
[Abstract]:As a high precision technology in oil and gas field, the drilling technology of extended reach well is based on horizontal well and directional well technology, which has been widely used in offshore oil field and beach oil field. It also plays an active role in exploration and development of oil and gas reservoirs with complex surface conditions. In the application of this process, in the shallow sea areas of the Xijiang River and the Bohai Bay in the South China Sea, the drilling technology of large displacement wells can be actively used in the production of oil fields in the offshore areas, thus reducing the construction of artificial islands, artificial seawalls and other projects. Save a lot of investment. In view of the difficulties existing in the technical aspects of extended reach wells, in recent years, experts have organized a series of technical tackling problems, from optimizing the design of drilling wells, computer applications, and home-made matching technologies. Software technology upgrading has been extensively explored and studied, thus making a breakthrough in theory and practice. In Jidong Oilfield, with the rapid development of the drilling level of large displacement wells in China, under the geographical conditions of beach sea area and artificial island, the development intensity and the expansion of exploration and development area are constantly increased. The economic and social benefits of the extended reach well are more remarkable, and its development prospect is increasingly broad, which provides a strong guarantee for the rapid development of Jidong Oilfield. This paper mainly studies how to apply the technology of extended displacement well in 7 wells in No.3 structure of Nanbao block under the complex geological conditions in eastern Hebei oil region, and make a preliminary summary on the basis of analyzing the basic construction data. The field application of drilling tool combination in wellbore control technology of extended reach well is studied, and its own opinion and conclusion are put forward.
