聚合物驱分注井高效测调技术研究

【摘要】:随着三次石油开采技术的变革,传统的注水驱油技术在开采剩余油量不足,高渗透层的采集中,逐渐被注聚驱油技术所取代。由于层间矛盾突出,开发了分层注聚工艺,进一步提高聚驱采收率。分层注聚技术有效的解决了多层间采集量不一致的问题。聚合物溶液是非牛顿假塑性流体,在通过配注器时会受到机械剪切的作用,粘度降低,影响出油率。因此阀芯的结构设计,需要保持聚合物溶液的粘度。分注井数和层数的不断增加,测试工作量逐年增加。为了提高聚合物驱油开采率,解决现在分层注聚的一些弊端,开发出一套适合挖潜剩余油的有效注聚工艺。本文正是基于解决这一三次采油中面临的问题而开展研究工作的,研制预置电缆式智能分成注聚测调工艺,解决了注聚开采中,由于机械剪切作用,使得聚合物粘度损失大,不能够连续调节水嘴开度的问题,该工艺实现了:多层段同步测调,上位机实时监测,实时控制聚合物流量,连续调节的目的。不仅满足了聚合物采油机械本体的要求,又将电控式采油应用到聚驱采油中。提高了监测精度和效率,为三次采油自动化开采提供技术支持。根据聚合物驱油技术的要求,设计了聚驱电控式智能配注器分层注聚系统的注聚管柱,智能化电动测调仪。将stm32作为核心控制器,包括:井下连续可调的直线电机、井下流量、压力、温度采集模块,ST编解码电路等。自动化配注应用到石油开采中,上位机采用VS2008开发环境,石油工作人员可以在测调工作室完成数据的交换、定时采集、实时监控,并为后续石油驱块化发展提供了先发条件。
[Abstract]:With the development of tertiary oil recovery technology, the traditional waterflooding technology is gradually replaced by polymer flooding technology in the production of low residual oil and high permeability reservoir. Because of the outstanding interlayer contradiction, the technology of stratified polymer injection is developed to further improve the recovery factor of polymer flooding. Stratified polymer injection technology effectively solves the problem of multi-layer data collection inconsistency. Polymer solution is a non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid, which will be subjected to mechanical shear when passing through the injector, and the viscosity will be reduced, which will affect the oil yield. Therefore, the structural design of the valve core, need to maintain the viscosity of polymer solution. With the increasing number of injection wells and layers, the test work is increasing year by year. In order to improve the oil recovery rate of polymer flooding and solve some disadvantages of stratified polymer injection, an effective polymer injection process suitable for tapping potential remaining oil is developed. In this paper, the research work is carried out to solve the problems in the third oil recovery, and a preset cable intelligent split polymer injection test and adjustment process is developed, which solves the problem of polymer viscosity loss due to mechanical shear in polymer injection extraction. The process can not continuously adjust the opening of water nozzle. The purpose of this process is: multilayer synchronous measurement and adjustment, real time monitoring of upper computer, real time control of polymer flow rate and continuous adjustment. It not only meets the requirements of polymer oil recovery machinery, but also applies electronic control oil recovery to polymer flooding. It improves the monitoring accuracy and efficiency, and provides technical support for the automatic production of tertiary oil production. According to the requirements of polymer flooding technology, a polymer injection pipe string and an intelligent electric measuring and adjusting instrument are designed for the polymer flooding intelligent injector. Stm32 is used as the core controller, including: downhole continuous adjustable linear motor, downhole flow rate, pressure, temperature acquisition module and St codec circuit. In the application of automatic injection allocation to oil production, the host computer adopts VS2008 development environment, oil workers can complete data exchange, timing acquisition, real-time monitoring in the survey and adjustment studio, and provide the first sending condition for the subsequent development of oil flooding block.
