基于MEMS惯性器件的油井测斜技术研究

【摘要】:近年来随着微机电系统MEMS (Micro Electrical Mechanical System)的快速发展,基于MEMS的惯性器件正在被广泛的应用于各种领域。本课题以石油勘测和开采为背景,研究基于MEMS惯性器件的油井测斜技术,开发油井测斜系统。建立MEMS陀螺误差模型和MEMS加计误差模型,利用各种的模型对实际采集到的信号进行实时修正校准,获得较精确的角速率信号和加速度信号。利用加速度信号进行积分获得井眼在所设定的坐标系中的位置,利用角速率信号进行积分获得钻井平台的姿态信息,实现油井轨迹的精确测量。详细阐述了测斜机构的工作原理,建立了油井测斜的数学模型,给出了位置矩阵和姿态矩阵的求解方法。分析了MEMS加速度计、MEMS陀螺传感器的工作原理,建立为MEMS陀螺的稳定补偿模型,辨识出了模型系数;建立了MEMS陀螺仪和加速度计的误差模型,利用AR模型方法建立了三轴MEMS陀螺和三轴MEMS加速度计的随机误差模型,辨识出陀螺仪和加速度计的AR模型参数。完成了基于MEMS惯性器件油井测斜系统的硬件和软件设计,开发了油井测斜系统,通过试验证明了开发系统的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of MEMS (Micro Electrical Mechanical System) in recent years, inertial devices based on MEMS are being widely used in various fields. This topic is based on the background of petroleum exploration and exploitation, and studies the technology of oil well inclinometer based on MEMS inertial devices, development of oil well inclinometer system and the establishment of MEMS gyro error model. And MEMS plus error model, using various models to calibrate the real signal in real time, obtain accurate angular rate signal and acceleration signal, use the acceleration signal to integrate the position of the borehole in the set coordinate system, and use the angle rate signal to obtain the attitude information of the drilling platform. The working principle of the inclinometer mechanism is described in detail, the working principle of the inclinometer mechanism is expounded in detail, the mathematical model of the oil well inclinometer is set up, the solution method of the position matrix and the attitude matrix is given. The working principle of the MEMS accelerometer and the MEMS gyroscope sensor is analyzed, and the stability compensation model of the MEMS is established, and the model coefficient is identified. The error model of MEMS gyroscope and accelerometer is established. The random error model of three axis MEMS gyro and three axis MEMS accelerometer is established by using AR model, and the AR model parameters of the gyroscope and accelerometer are identified. The hardware and software design of the oil well inclinometer system based on MEMS inertial device is completed, and the oil well inclinometer system is developed. The effectiveness of the development system has been proved by the test.
