欢采采油站并转简化工程

【摘要】:欢采采油站并转简化工程是油田采油后期,面对油田产能规模下降以及集输系统能耗大,提高综合效益的一项工程。本文提出为了适应区块产能规模下降的实际情况,对已建集油系统进行适应性改造。结合各计量站和计量接转站的实际位置及生产单位的管理要求,对计量站和计量接转站进行并转简化,达到降低集油系统运行能耗的目的。在遵循油气田地面工程标准化设计、数字化建设和管理的基础上,充分优化仪表选型和控制方案,采用安全可靠、技术先进、操作维护方便、经济合理的仪表设备和控制系统。本文最后从HSE、节能及消防设计出发对所设计的地面工程进行了经济评估。得到比较适合换采采油站的方案。
[Abstract]:The parallel simplification project of Huan production Station is a project which can improve the comprehensive benefit in the face of the decline of production capacity scale of oilfield and the large energy consumption of gathering and transportation system in the late stage of oil field production. In order to adapt to the actual situation that the production capacity of the block decreases, this paper puts forward the adaptive transformation of the built oil gathering system. Combined with the actual position of the metering stations and metering transfer stations and the management requirements of the production units, the metering stations and metering transfer stations were simplified and the energy consumption of the oil gathering system was reduced. Based on the standardized design of oil and gas field surface engineering, digital construction and management, the instrument selection and control scheme is optimized, and the instrument equipment and control system are adopted, which are safe and reliable, advanced in technology, easy to operate and maintain, and economical and reasonable. Finally, the economic evaluation of the designed ground engineering is carried out from HSE, energy saving and fire protection design. To obtain a more suitable for the replacement of oil extraction stations.
