咪唑类离子液体用于脱除燃油中噻吩的研究

【摘要】:选择3种离子液体[HMIM][PF_6]、[BMIM][BF_4]和[EMIM][BF_4]为萃取脱硫溶剂对燃油进行深度脱硫,以苯并噻吩和正辛烷组成模型油,用分子连接性指数法选出了最优离子液体萃取剂为[HMIM][PF_6]。接着通过脱硫实验对所选离子液体在不同温度、搅拌时间、剂油比及萃取级数条件下的脱硫性能以及30℃下噻吩类硫化物的分配系数进行了实验研究和系统分析,并对离子液体进行了回收。结果表明,这3种离子液体对硫组分都有一定的去除能力,除硫能力最好且分配系数最大的均为[HMIM][PF_6],且回收利用多次后脱硫性能仍较高,说明其可以作为良好的萃取脱硫剂,并在未来脱硫工业中有一定的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of ionic liquids [HMIM] [PF6], [BMIM] [BFStu4] and [EMIM] [BF4] were selected for deep desulfurization of fuel oil. The model oil composed of benzothiophene and n-octane was selected as the optimal ionic liquid extractant [HMIM] [PF6] by molecular connectivity index method.
