改性羧甲基纤维素高强度凝胶的制备及破胶性能研究

【摘要】:为满足不压井作业对冻胶新材料的性能要求,对羧甲基纤维素凝胶合成进行了系统性的分析研究,制备出一种高强度、抗剪切、能够实现自破胶且破胶时间可控的改性羧甲基纤维素(CMC)智能胶体。该胶体的最优质量分数分别为:水79.41%,CMC 1%,丙烯酰胺8%,NaCl 0.5%,固化剂0.45%,过硫酸铵0.02%,有机交联剂0.02%,自制破胶剂10%,增黏剂0.6%。胶体最大本体强度可达44.5 N,最佳成胶温度范围为70~80℃,加入自制胶囊破胶剂后可实现38~70 h胶体的可控破胶,破胶残液为深棕黄色液体,利于返排。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the performance requirements of the new gel material, the synthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose gel was studied systematically and a kind of high strength and shear resistance was prepared. The intelligent colloid of modified carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) can be realized with self-breaking and controlled breaking time. The optimum mass fractions of the colloid were: water 79.41 and CMC 1, acrylamide 8 and NaCl 0.5, curing agent 0.45, ammonium persulfate 0.02, organic crosslinking agent 0.02, self-made gel breaking agent 10 and thickener 0.6. The maximum bulk strength of the colloid can reach 44.5 N, and the optimum gelation temperature range is 7080 鈩,
