空心球状氧化锌的制备及其脱硫性能研究

【摘要】:采用葡萄糖为模板剂,通过水热法合成了ZnO空心球,用等体积浸渍法在氧化锌空心球上负载金属Ni,制成脱硫催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD),N_2吸附-脱附(BET),扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对催化剂进行了表征;并以正庚烷-噻吩为模型化合物,考察了其脱硫性能。结果表明氧化锌空心球具有较大的比表面积和孔体积,有利于汽油中含硫化合物的扩散和吸附。在反应温度320℃、压力1.0 MPa、进料体积空速为6h~(-1)、氢气与模拟油体积比为60的条件下,脱硫率可高达95.5%,拥有很大的工业应用价值。
[Abstract]:ZnO hollow spheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method using glucose as template. Metal Ni was loaded on zinc oxide hollow spheres by equal volume impregnation to prepare desulfurization catalyst. The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), adsorption-desorption (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and its desulfurization performance was investigated with n-heptane-thiophene as model compound. The results show that zinc oxide hollow spheres have a large specific surface area and pore volume, which is conducive to the diffusion and adsorption of sulfur compounds in gasoline.
