炼油装置腐蚀防护管理系统开发与工程应用

【摘要】:炼化企业由于原油劣质化造成的腐蚀问题已经成为装置非计划停工的重要原因,造成了巨大经济损失。为有效控制装置腐蚀问题,炼化企业采取了多种腐蚀控制与监检测措施,在腐蚀防护工作中发挥了积极地作用。然而目前我国炼化企业往往存在对腐蚀防护数据管理不全面和不规范的问题,并且企业整体缺少一套统一的腐蚀管理系统,导致各级防腐管理人员无法全面、直观了解装置的腐蚀现状。因此,建立以信息化技术为核心,面向企业各级腐蚀管理人员,基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术便捷可视化展示,涉及炼油装置全方面腐蚀防护的管理平台势在必行。本文基于对炼油厂装置腐蚀问题与腐蚀防护管理现状的分析,通过结合系统需求、输入信息、输出信息及数据分析内容,对平台功能模块和数据库进行了详细设计。平台运用Flex和java开发语言,MyEclipse开发工具,基于B/S结构模式,结合GIS技术,采用面向对象的设计思想,以Microsoft SQL Server2008为后台数据库,开发出了本套面向炼化企业的腐蚀防护综合管理信息平台,主要由档案管理、腐蚀监检测管理、腐蚀分析控制管理、腐蚀检查管理、统计分析管理、知识库管理和GIS展示7部分构成。将炼油装置腐蚀防护系统与GIS结合,具有一定的创新,同时引入风险分析等多种腐蚀防护管理新理念,具有较好的使用价值。经过在某炼油厂的应用,达到了预期全面腐蚀防护管理功能,将对炼油装置腐蚀防护管理信息化与系统化起到很大促进作用。
[Abstract]:The corrosion problem caused by poor crude oil quality has become an important reason for the unplanned shutdown of the plant in refinery and chemical enterprises, which has resulted in huge economic losses. In order to effectively control the corrosion of the equipment, many corrosion control and monitoring measures have been adopted in the refinery and chemical enterprises, which play an active role in the corrosion protection work. However, at present, the management of corrosion protection data is often not comprehensive and standard in Chinese refining and chemical enterprises, and the whole enterprise lacks a unified corrosion management system, which leads to the failure of anticorrosive management personnel at all levels. Intuitively understand the corrosion status of the device. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a management platform based on information technology for corrosion management personnel at all levels of enterprises, based on GIS technology convenient visual display, involving all aspects of corrosion protection of oil refining units. Based on the analysis of the current situation of corrosion problem and corrosion protection management of refinery unit, the platform function module and database are designed in detail by combining the system requirements, input information, output information and data analysis content. The platform uses Flex and java development language MyEclipse development tools, based on B / S structure pattern, combining GIS technology, adopting object-oriented design idea, taking Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as background database. The comprehensive management information platform of corrosion protection for refinery and chemical enterprises has been developed, which is mainly composed of file management, corrosion supervision and inspection management, corrosion analysis control management, corrosion inspection management, statistical analysis management. Knowledge base management and GIS presentation are composed of 7 parts. The combination of corrosion protection system of oil refining unit with GIS has some innovation, and introduces many new ideas of corrosion protection management, such as risk analysis, etc., which has good application value. Through the application in a refinery, the function of overall corrosion protection management has been achieved, which will greatly promote the informationization and systematization of corrosion protection management in refinery units.
