姬塬油田提高机采井系统效率的研究与应用

【摘要】:抽油机系统效率是抽油井的节能降耗、经济效益、油田的技术装备与技术管理水平等多方面的综合反映。本文主要通过国内外抽油机井系统效率的研究现状及发展趋势来研究姬塬油田机采井系统效率,对研究所取得的成果进行归纳、整理,建立低渗透油藏提高抽油系统效率的技术体系,从而降低长庆油田采油八厂生产成本,同时也为同类油藏提高抽油系统效率提供了借鉴依据。文章主要从抽油机、抽油泵、抽油杆、产液量、功率因数、泵效、平衡度、抽油机电机输入、输出功率、减速箱输出功率、示功图等影响系统效率的因素进行分析,得出提高系统效率的可行性方法。提出了提高机采井系统效率的措施,并进行了效果评价;建立了抽油机井系统效率软件,并进行应用及推广,最终实现降低采油厂生产成本的目标。
[Abstract]:The efficiency of pumping unit system is a comprehensive reflection of energy saving and consumption reduction, economic benefit, technical equipment and technical management level of oil field. This paper mainly through the domestic and foreign pumping unit well system efficiency research present situation and the development tendency to study Jiyuan oil field machine production system efficiency, summarizes and arranges the research achievement, A technical system for improving the efficiency of pumping system in low permeability reservoirs is established to reduce the production cost of the eighth Plant of Changqing Oilfield and to provide a reference basis for the similar reservoirs to improve the efficiency of the pumping system. This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the system efficiency, such as pumping unit, sucker pump, sucker rod, liquid production, power factor, pump efficiency, balance, motor input, output power, output power of decelerator, dynamometer, etc. The feasible method to improve the system efficiency is obtained. The measures to improve the efficiency of mechanical well recovery system are put forward, and the effect evaluation is carried out, and the software of pumping well system efficiency is established, which is applied and popularized to achieve the goal of reducing the production cost of oil production plant.
