纳米氧化镧在纯菜籽油锂基脂中的摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】:以纯菜籽油作为基础油,十二羟基硬脂酸为稠化剂,选择较好的稠化剂与基础油比例,在皂化前加入纳米氧化镧,利用"老三套"工艺方法皂化成锂基脂。所用菜籽油经过脱色处理,纳米氧化镧粒径范围20 nm~50 nm。利用红外、TG、和SEM等检测方法,对基础油、锂基脂和纳米氧化镧进行表征。通过四球摩擦机考察其摩擦学性能,并对磨斑进行SEM和EDS等检测。结果表明,稠化剂与基础油比例为6∶1较好,当添加少量的纳米氧化镧时,有助于润滑脂抗磨减磨效果,与未添加的锂基脂相比,磨斑减小,摩擦系数减小,热稳定性提高。
[Abstract]:With pure rapeseed oil as base oil, dodecyl stearic acid as thickener, better ratio of thickener and base oil was selected, nanometer lanthanum oxide was added before saponification, and spodum-based grease was saponified by "old three sets" process. After decolorization of rapeseed oil, the particle size of lanthanum oxide nanocrystalline was in the range of 20 nm~50 nm. The base oil, lithium-based lipid and nanometer lanthanum oxide were characterized by IR TG and SEM. The tribological properties were investigated by four ball friction machine, and the wear spot was examined by SEM and EDS. The results show that the ratio of thickener to base oil is 6:1, and the addition of a small amount of nanometer lanthanum oxide is helpful to the antiwear and antiwear effect of grease. Compared with the unadded lithium-based grease, the wear spot decreases, the friction coefficient decreases and the thermal stability is improved.
