油井水泥浆用中高温缓凝剂的研究与应用

【摘要】:油井水泥缓凝剂是油井水泥三大助剂(调凝剂、降失水剂、分散剂)之一,是应用范围较广的水泥外加剂。随着深井、超深井的层出不穷,对油井水泥缓凝剂,尤其是高温缓凝剂的需求越来越多,因此,高温缓凝剂成为近年来固井外加剂研发的主要方向。本文详细地研究了中高温缓凝剂体系,自主制备出适用于60-150?C(井底循环温度)的中高温油井水泥浆用缓凝剂。根据自由基水溶液聚合机理,合成四元共聚物缓凝剂(AMPS/AA/SSS/IA),测定结果显示所合成的共聚物确为目标产物。通过正交实验的方法,确定共聚物的最佳合成条件:溶液pH为6、引发剂加量为2.5%、聚合时间为5 h、聚合温度为60?C。分别从加量敏感性、温度敏感性与水泥浆稠化时间的线性关系、缓凝剂加量对水泥石抗压强度的影响、缓凝剂与降失水剂的配伍性等多个方面。评价结果显示:自主合成的中高温缓凝剂的加量与水泥浆的稠化时间呈现出较好的线性关系,抗温能力在150?C以上,与固井公司敏感度都能控制在20%以内,说明该中高温缓凝剂是一种综合性能优异的油井水泥缓凝剂。该缓凝剂可用于常规密度水泥浆体系、高密度水泥浆体系、高密度高强度水泥浆体系,与体系中的其他外加剂配伍性好。该中高温缓凝剂已应用于固井公司兴隆台现场的两口井,现场施工正常,固井质量合格。
[Abstract]:Oil well cement retarder is one of the three additives (coagulant, water loss reducing agent, dispersant) of oil well cement, and it is widely used as cement additive. With the emergence of deep wells and ultra-deep wells, the demand for oil well cement retarder, especially high temperature retarder, is increasing. Therefore, high temperature retarder has become the main direction of research and development of cementing additives in recent years. In this paper, the medium and high temperature retarder system is studied in detail, and the retarder for medium and high temperature oil well cement slurry suitable for 60-150 C (bottom hole circulation temperature) has been prepared by ourselves. Quaternary copolymer retarder (AMPS / AA / SSS / IA) was synthesized according to the mechanism of free radical polymerization in aqueous solution. The results show that the synthesized copolymer is the target product. The optimum synthesis conditions of the copolymers were determined by orthogonal experiment: solution pH 6, initiator dosage 2.5, polymerization time 5 h, polymerization temperature 60 鈩,
