石油钻机沙漠快移装置设计

【摘要】:本论文课题主要以渤海装备辽河重工公司近年来大力开拓中东石油钻机市场为契机,针对沙漠油田情况,在现有的2000马力陆地石油钻机的成熟设计基础上,提供快速搬运装置的设计方案(拖挂钻机),使钻机在较短距离搬运时满足井架、底座直立状态整体移动要求,在移运条件受到限制时,井架和底座满足分别单独低位整体移运的要求。本论文首先介绍了石油钻机沙漠快移装置的设计方案和主要技术参数,然后通过计算各相关移运主体重心位置和在不同工况下的重心偏移情况,得出快移装置在各种工况下的最大载荷和轮胎的最大接地比压与承载力;通过对钻机底座基座的强度校核和有限元分析,证明加装快移装置后钻机底座的强度满足要求;通过通过性能的计算,得到沙漠快移装置的主要性能参数。通过本文论证和计算,该沙漠快移装置的设计满足目标设计要求。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly takes the Bohai Sea equipment Liaohe heavy Industry Company as the opportunity to develop the Middle East oil rig market in recent years, aiming at the situation of the desert oil field, based on the mature design of the existing 2000 horsepower land oil rig. The design scheme of the rapid handling device (towing rig) is provided to make the rig meet the requirements of Derrick during short distance handling, the whole movement requirement of the base in vertical state, and when the moving condition is limited, Derrick and pedestal meet the requirements of separate lower overall movement. This paper first introduces the design scheme and main technical parameters of the oil drilling rig desert fast moving device, and then calculates the center of gravity position of each related moving body and the gravity center deviation under different working conditions. The maximum load and the maximum earthing specific pressure and bearing capacity of the tire under various working conditions are obtained, and the strength of the rig base is verified by checking the strength of the pedestal of the rig and the finite element analysis, which proves that the strength of the rig base after the installation of the fast-moving device meets the requirements. The main performance parameters of the desert fast moving device are obtained by calculating the performance. It is proved and calculated that the design of the desert fast moving device can meet the requirements of the target design.
