基于近红外透光度扫描的重油稳定性检测技术研究

【摘要】:本论文设计了一种仪器用于实现基于近红外透光度扫描的重油稳定性检测,并借助仪器深入研究了检测过程,构建了检测过程透光度变化的数学模型。首先对重油稳定性问题产生的原因、沥青质分离的过程进行了深入研究,在此基础上分析了检测方法的理论基础,论证了检测方法的可行性。之后根据检测方法要求进行了重油稳定性检测仪的研发,包括单片机控制系统设计、近红外透光度检测系统设计、检测平台平稳运行和精确定位解决方案、步进电机运动控制算法等。并拓展了仪器的人机交互、数据读写、通信等功能。完成检测设备的研制后,本文根据检测原理,对检测设备进行了误差分析和功能验证,验证了仪器功能的实现,并为设备检测精度的提高提供了改进方案。最后使用该仪器对检测过程的透光度变化情况和粒子沉降情况进行了详细研究。根据透光度数据估算出检测过程的粒子沉降速度和粒子直径分布,并将检测过程划分为沥青质分离、颗粒快速沉降、颗粒干扰沉降、基本沉降完成四个阶段,针对四个阶段分别提出了透光度均值变化的数学模型。最后根据四个阶段的数学模型,对透光度均值变化数据进行了曲线拟合,根据拟合效果验证模型可用。并为沉降过程中沥青质分离过程、粒子浓度、粒子直径的进一步研究提供了方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an instrument is designed to detect the stability of heavy oil based on near infrared transmittance scanning. Firstly, the cause of the problem of heavy oil stability and the process of asphaltene separation are studied in depth. On this basis, the theoretical basis of the detection method is analyzed, and the feasibility of the detection method is demonstrated. Then according to the requirements of the detection method, the research and development of the heavy oil stability detector is carried out, including the design of the single-chip microcomputer control system, the design of the near-infrared transmittance detection system, the smooth operation of the detection platform and the solution of accurate positioning. Step motor motion control algorithm and so on. And expand the instrument's man-machine interaction, data reading and writing, communication and other functions. After the development of the testing equipment, the error analysis and function verification of the testing equipment are carried out according to the detection principle, the realization of the instrument function is verified, and an improved scheme is provided for the improvement of the detection precision of the equipment. At last, the change of transmittance and particle sedimentation are studied in detail by using this instrument. According to the transmittance data, the particle settling velocity and particle diameter distribution are estimated, and the detection process is divided into four stages: asphaltene separation, particle rapid settlement, particle interference settlement, and basic settlement completion. According to the four stages, the mathematical model of the change of the mean value of transmittance is put forward. Finally, according to the mathematical model of four stages, the curve fitting of the data of the change of the mean value of transmittance is carried out, and the model is proved to be available according to the fitting effect. It also provides a method for the further study of asphaltene separation process, particle concentration and particle diameter.
